They guys were amazing !! Shawn (owner) came out gave us a estimate on a Monday and Shawn & Kevin were back Friday afternoon to remove everything for us.. The communication with there guys were really good.. They gave a heads up 30mins before they reach our other house (this was a rental house we had the work done on).. Keep in mind we shopped around for a company and they were truly respectful compared to the rest of them out there.. They were super friendly, very hard working guys and uber respectful.. They went above and beyond to get rid of all the stuff we had in the shed, break down the shed and remove it for us.. As you can see in my picture (wish I had the before) but the after was amazing because of all the space we got back.. They don't just throw stuff in and call it a day, they neatly pack everything and make full use of the space in their truck.. Very courteous and very fair pricing.. They work in unison to make things fast and in sync.. After they finish they clean up the space they clear for you.. Super clean!! I have never ever seen any company do that.. Kudos to them!! The reason for a four star rating instead of a five star is because we had a two-hour time window established, I was supposed to receive a call 15 minutes before arrival. At about 15 minutes before the end of the time window I received a call informing me the crew would be responding but that they were delayed. Time can get away from us... it would have been nice to know a little earlier that things were running over an hour behind. Expensive and they do not perform the cleaning justifying the price. When they came I talked to the main gentleman, I told him everything I wanted out. We were fine then. Issue came when he had to leave, he told me that his guys were going to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left. This was the issue: they didn't. And they left some garbage. I had to call them again, and after several phone calls and texts he wouldn't understand that they didn't ask me and that they left garbage in my property. This has been a hassle and even though he was showing some minor signs of trying to help resolve the issue, he was not paying attention to my requests. I am the customer, it there was an issue with their service I shouldn't be in constant contact with them trying to resolve the problem. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Spent $800 and I still have garbage. Not worth it. read more
