After getting a few quotes from stucco guys I found Cal Express Patching here on yelp. It was great to see pics of the work. We had a new electric panel installed and needed the stucco repaired around it and it seemed this company was very experienced in doing this. From booking to end of the job I felt that I definitely picked the right company for the job. I had some electrical work done at my house that left some gaping holes in my interior wall. I've looked at several Yelp reviews and messaged some companies, but I either did not hear back or got a really unreasonable quote. The areas I needed patched were pretty small. I was so disheartened I stopped looking for a while. When I got back to this project, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Cal Express Patching fairly quickly, and I was asked to text photos of the areas I needed patched. I got a reasonable quote right back, and I immediately booked them. They were available within the week. I got a reminder text the night before, and Armen actually showed up about an hour early. I showed him the areas that needed work, and also a couple of additional areas I forgot to mention before. Armen provided a reasonable quote for the additional work and agreed to get them all done the same day. Armen set up his work space to make sure there's minimal debris on my wood floor. He worked quietly and only interrupted when he had a suggestion on the stucco patch I asked him to do. When he was done, Armen cleaned up the area nicely, and showed me additional patches he did on the exterior wall, at no extra charge. He even saved me a paint chip so I can get matching paint for touch-up. This whole process was hassle free and Armen is so humble ad polite, very pleasant to work with. Hi yelpers!!!! This summer I did a major home exterior update. I found a great painter with one catch... he doesn't like to repair stucco. Soooo I went to yelp to look for someone to do my stucco repair. I selected Cal Express Patching because of the 5 star yelp reviews. I called and left a message and Rubina called me back quickly. Armen is a Super Star. He definitely knows what he is doing. He is super nice and he will treat your property like his own house.
