Stopped by Bruster's and had an overall average experience…read more Service was decent. Nothing standout, but no issues either. Order process was smooth and staff were fine to interact with. For the ice cream, I tried the strawberry shortcake. It was okay, but the balance was off. Way too much shortcake and not nearly enough ice cream or strawberries, which made it feel a bit dry and underwhelming. My wife ordered the black raspberry chocolate chip, which also ended up being pretty average. The flavor itself was fine, but there were very few chocolate chips, so it didn't quite deliver on what you'd expect from the name. Overall, it wasn't a bad visit, just nothing that really stood out or would make us go out of our way to come back.
