I wish I had read her google reviews prior, because this behavior is a pattern. I contacted Stephanie on January 3rd to place a custom cake order for a surprise party on 2/29. It took 9 days and multiple requests for her to send me her flavor list and a quote for the cake. 10 days after initial contact, I was finally able to place an order. Instead of seeing this timeline as a red flag, I chose to be understanding and patient. I confirmed the custom cake order on 2/23 for 2/29 pick up at 3pm. I ended up needing to pick the cake up earlier and messaged her with a request for a 1pm pick up time on 2/27. On Friday 2/28, she confirmed that 1pm on 2/29 would be fine. Saturday 2/29 at 12:20pm, she contacted me saying the cake wouldn't be ready by 1pm. She said that the cake needed more time 'to set', but she would now deliver it to me. That was not a problem since the party didn't start until 3pm. She said she'd try to make it before 3pm, but didn't know if she could make it happen. At 3:09pm, she told me she wouldn't make it by 3:20pm. I then received a message that the top of the cake had "fallen apart". That was her final message to me. I made multiple attempts after that very upsetting text to get in contact and all went unanswered. I understand that accidents happen and I'm truly not mad about the cake. What I am very upset about is the complete LACK of communication after her final message. She stopped responding to me completely without letting us know if she was still providing us with any cake. After multiple messages went unanswered, I messaged her again 2 hours later and told her I would be going to get a cake from the store. I had to leave the party I was hosting to run to Publix to get a generic cake (which was delicious) DO NOT USE THIS BAKER

The raspberry jam filled glazed donut was definitely my favorite! The glaze was perfectly crackly and sweet, and the donut itself was so fluffy and soft. It had a very generous amount of that jam filling, which was both tart and sweet! Absolutely delicious and I definitely recommend this one.

Me entire experience was wonderful! From our cake tasting to seeing the cake for the first time at my reception! She did an amazing job of matching my colors( I had 3 different shades of blue for my girls, all represented on the cake) and giving it the ombré look I wanted.
