Everyone in my group had a blast at LA Xtreme Paintball!…read more This is one of the cheapest locations in the vicinity of New Orleans. With 6+ players in your group, you can play at $35 per person all day. And, that's including gear rentals (gun, 500 paintballs, face shield)! We played for about 5 hours and bought an extra 1000 paintballs to split amongst 7 people. I believe they have 3 fields to play in, but when we went, only 2 of them were open. However, it was enough as the 2 fields allowed for groups to play simultaneously to cut down on the wait-time for an open field. One of the fields was smaller and it had inflatable obstacles to hide behind. The other field was much larger with multi-storied forts, random bulky obstacles, and metal shipping containers to creep around behind! That field had a fun apocalyptic vibe. Make sure you wear thicker baggy clothing, as getting hit with paintballs can hurt a little. We all went home with a few bruises and welts, but that comes with the territory! Although the paintballs do not stain, after it rains, it can get really muddy there, so definitely don't wear your Sunday best! The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. Some of them were veterans who can give you tips on how to succeed. I personally did terribly, but I had a great time! It was truly a spectacular day spent here! I would have given 5-stars on this review, but I have to subtract a star, unfortunately. None of the employees were wearing masks to be careful with the pandemic. That made me a little bit nervous, but I will definitely be coming back after COVID is over! I highly recommend this spot!

Clean up the drainage on your urban course, it's long overdue due.

There are picnic tables but you should bring chairs to sit in the shade and under the pavilions. Multiple fields with multiple games and parties going. What you know uh-bout that P38? ... For nonmilitary folks like me, it's a can opener. At first…read moreglance it looks like a razor blade. Admittedly, I made the trek here with my dad. Hearing him ask for things sounded as if he and the sales rep were talking in code and discussing something of major importance. Needless to say this trip was enlightening. This store carries a ton of stuff that you would typically buy from a sporting goods for a fraction of the price. Other items were more commonly used in the military but could serve civilian purposes. There were many things I would use and would definitely want to try. As for the can opener, I'll hope I never have the need for one. But should you decide to bring a ton of cans into the wilderness or find yourself without electricity, stop on in Perrret's and get yourself one. All for the low price of .50 cents!

Too bad for him - I'm calling around because I want to make a bulk order that would've been several hundred dollars. I guess they like money about as much as they like manners. Don't use these people. Pathetic.
