We watched her work perfectly in tandem with Daniel Bowen from Matter Video, as they were able to help each other get the perfect shots for both the videos and the photos. Danielle is experienced and knows what she's doing. She has an eye for beautiful pictures and the experience to make the vision come to life. The photos are gorgeous and really captured our love and laughter. In addition to our engagement photos, she also took some family photos of us and our dogs. She was patient, flexible, and creative with us and our senior dogs who don't love being photographed. She captured all of us in a beautiful way and we will cherish the photos forever. I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Danielle is in every way. We will truly cherish these photos and the memories we made while taking them. Thank you, Danielle

They are down to earth, approachable, genuine, hilarious and made us feel totally at ease. They offered direction when needed, but the rest of the time let us do our thing and captured the most genuine special moments. In retrospect, for our wedding, we asked them to capture photos in every light/background and the whole album was INCREDIBLE - we did our first look at Smith Rock and the photos/background were STUNNING. Family photos in 30-degree weather, everyone looked great. Our ceremony was at sunset with the sun setting behind us and they captured the most PERFECT lighting. And of course, the pics captured during reception indoors later were just GORGEOUS. Oh and we did our engagement photos in front of the Portland cityscape on an overcast rainy day and they were so cool! So, Gallivan does it all, and they do it while being the kindest couple of photographers you'll ever meet.
