Quiet sopt...good to relax and smoke hookah. I would definitely recommend. The wings were pretty good

Cairo is a gem. It's very simple and basic - just inexpensive hookah and a simple beverage menu. FYI- They do not serve alcohol. TVs adorn the walls and there are lots of blocked off couches that are perfect for small groups looking for an intimate setting. We had a couple of hot teas and tried two hookahs. We loved that it wasn't loud so we could actually talk in a laid back environment. The tea with mint and cream was fantastic. The owner is super attentive and quick with service. Def recommend and will be back! read more

Really good hookah that lasts a long time. The owner Momen is also really friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of places to sit and hang out with your friends. They even have a backroom if you want to do some work in a quiet space. read more

My favorite place to go. It may be biased but its the closest my house AND they offer iced hoses. Enough said. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. read more

This place serves the best Hookah you can ever get in Northern Virginia! Making a Hookah is really an art here. It reminds me of chicha In the Middle East. Flavorful, yet balanced. You shouldn't be coughing your lungs out when you smoke chicha. By far, this is the only place (out of dozens) that offers a well put together Hookah which you get to enjoy right from the start, without the hassle of trying to figure out why it is not inhaling right, too strong, too weak, overlapping flavors, dirty, leaking air...... This is the place for an Authentic Hookah period! read more

The hookah is great, smooth, cold and easy inhale, drinks are fair for its location, the tea is brewed and not Lipton, cappuccino is above medium, pricing is good. For 1 hookah with refill, 2 cappuccino, 1 tea and 3 chocolate bars ended up with 34 USD, which is fair. Seating is comfortable with study mode atmosphere, low contemporary music. The only thing annoyed me that there was an old man smoking cigarettes (4 stars for that). Location is hidden and you need GPS to find it. Plenty of parking space. Lot of electrical outlet. Free Wi-Fi that speed around 54 Mb download. No food but you can bring your own and no diet coke. I was there off peak hours on Saturday. The good thing it will stay open till 4 am. Will I go back? Yes. Do I recommend? Yes. read more

This is the best hookah bar in the area! The owner is pleasant and kind. The hookah is the cheapest I've seen! $11.99 plus $1.50 for the disposable hose, all shown on the menu prior to ordering. No hidden restrictions such as forcing you to buy drinks. If there are additional charges, they are reasonable and posted on the door before entering such as for a big boxing fight night that will be displayed on the big screen tvs. It has a chill, relaxing environment. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying one of the many flavors of hookah offered. You won't be disappointed! read more

Great service Amazing ambience Everything was delicious Super clean Excellent hang out place Great prices read more

Hookah is on point! They frozen hose adds a great smooth taste! Owner is extremely nice read more

My favorite hookah bar in the area. The hookah is always good, pulls nicely etc . No extra cost for additional coals. No extra cost for disposable hose ( which you get wrapped). No extra cost for using the hose with the attachment for ice. And I believe there's no extra cost to put ice in the base. The place is open until 2pm on most days and open until 4 on Friday's and Saturday's. Music is always good, lights are dim at night , and there's plenty of seating . The decor might not be as fancy as some other places but that's not even a concern of mine because of the kindness of the owner and exquisite quality of the hookah. Last couple things- You can bring in food, but you can't bring in drinks, but no worries , there's a fridge full of options from water to juices to soda . There's WiFi so you'll see a lot of people coming in with their laptops or iPads doing work or whatever. read more

The owner is friendly and all. More mellowing out and everything. I'd come here with my friends someday! Couches are comfy as well so the flavors too! read more

Super chill, no frill hookah joint off of 28. Prices are decent and you can bring your own food. Buying a drink is expected but they don't serve alcohol (yet?) so you can buy a bottle of water or soda for pretty cheap. The man who served us seemed like the owner and he was really nice and helpful. The hookah had a chilled hose which made the smoke really smooth. read more

Excellent service and great hookah that lasts forever! I don't care much for the ambiance of a hookah as long as the hookah is good. The people here really know how to make good long lasting hookah! I got their blue sea which was really good. The hookah was smooth and lasted for hours. Not once did I have to ask the guy to fix it for me. I will definitely come by more often! read more

Great ambiance, and even better hookah. Highly recommend if you're looking to just hang out with some friends and kick back. Will be back!

Great customer service, great hookah, awesome environment and very good prices, try it and you won't be disappointed!

Best Hookah around town and definitely the best I have tried in Manassas. It is perfect for the price. I loved the environment and the owner treats you really well!! They got many flavor options too. Great hookah and great place to relax. Friendly staff and nice place. Keep up the good work.

This is the best Hookah in the DC area. Friendly staff, great service and great prices!!!!

Hands down the best hookah in this area!! I cannot compliment this place enough! Great bowl packs, incredible prices, fun games, very clean atmosphere, with new furniture with tons of space! You get a brand new premium Khalil Mamoon hookah WITH an ice hose for a better price than any other average, basic hookah in the area. You can create your own mixes without an extra charge. The owner maintains a comfortable environment for everyone and is extremely polite and friendly. I always have a fantastic experience every time I have gone!! I cannot recommend this enough!! read more

Honestly I love this place. I have been to my fair share of hookah bars and out of all of them this one is in my top 3! I make the 30 min commute from the Tysons area just to come here to enjoy some good company and some good hookah, which is always made perfectly by the owner who is the sweetest man. The menu is not too large nor pricey and outside food is welcome! Never too loud, always chill, got some fun board games (monopoly is always the way to go), and 4 TVs for everyone to find something to watch. Always a good time here! read more

This spot for the area is great. The hookah was strong and very flavorful. The hookah was extremely clean and there was an option for a disposal hose with extra cost. The price is so reasonable but I know this place one start for service. The owner failed to acknowledge us or even ask if we wanted anything 20 minutes in. We had to get up and get him to just get in order. read more

Great guys who works there. The hookah (double apple) was good and the service is awesome. Cold beer, good smoke, and friendly service.

Great hookah! Great customer service! The owner is very nice and attentive and you can't beat the hookah prices!

Good hookah and good service. Chill place to spend time with friends. Recommended do everyone. Worth the price for food and hookah.

I was desperate for a friendly, polite, knowledgeable hookah bar owner and I found it at this wonderful spot only some few miles out of Manassas where I was staying. I was very politely greeted after walking into the smoking area and shown the wonderful menu of hookah mixes. I chose the Cairo mix, of course, it being my very first hookah. I'd heard great things about this café and was absolutely not in any way disappointed. The smoke was so smooth I could barely feel it and the slightly sweet taste became very pleasant and soothing. I got an Arabic coffee as starters from the kitchen. Most excellent. Followed that up with stuffed grape leaves, equally awesome and enough for two more meals what with starting off with an incredible *eight* pieces. I was still eating them when I got home to Vermont! LOL. Thanks so much. I'll definitely come by again. I was the only woman in the place the whole time and was treated with great dignity and respect and all the other customers gave me my space, not even one ogled eye. read more
