(Sara, the manager) did not stop by telling me no and she continued with being SUPER APOLOGETIC, she went out of her way to give me a place (in all rights a competitor) to her business that she knew would take care of me and they did. I have family in the Portage county area and I made sure that Sunday at family dinner to tell each and every person about the incident and how Sara, went out of her way to help me out when so many people in todays world would have not done that.
