What a total blast! Never rode a Segway before. Got on and in 10 minutes was going up and down…read moreramps and running a slalom course. Cagliari is very hilly and the sites to see are in the oldest part of town, which like all cities in the Med are on TOP of the highest hill nearest to the sea (defendable when the attackers came). We had a delightful two and a half hour tour on these machines. Ivo Cappai was our instructor and guide who took us through the city. We went on sidewalks and streets, through crowds and around traffic. What a great way to move.
