Our mission while in Sardegna was to eat everything bottarga and we started off the right way at…read morethis restaurant. We ordered a bottarga and celery salad to start. Both items were shaved long and thin and were dressed with some olive oil. The bottarga had a nice buttery taste that paired well with the crunchiness and freshness of the celery. We also went for the vongole spaghetti with bottarga of course. The dish was fantastic, the sauce was full of umami. Lastly we got the grilled orata with a side mixed salad, a good amount of food for a satisfying dinner.
