So myself and a few others waited for a long time while the staff just looked at us. When I was finally sat the server seemed to care less. It was really weird. However, the person who actually brought me the food was so nice and friendly. The coffee comes with a macaron which was a happy surprise. It was absolutely delicious. The salad and wine I got were very good as well. If this restaurant were not in the airport I probably would not come back. But, since it is I am sure I will be back next time I fly in.

If you have been to The Netherlands you know they take their chocolate seriously, and they have very good chocolates throughout the country. So to say these are better or the best is hard. I have purchased many small boxes of chocolates here over the years and noone has ever complained. In fact, I'm occasionally asked to bring them "if you are coming through Badhoevedorp anyway..." The owner and her staff are the best! They will discuss with you what kind of gift you are looking to bring with you, and then help you prepare a good selection of chocolates for that event. You an specify, no alcohol, all dark chocolate, no fruit, whatever and they will prepare a nice little gift box for you. You can of course pick from a few size boxes as well. And if you are unsure of a choice, they will likely offer you one to see if you like it. If you are staying at one of the airport hotels in Badhoevedorp, this place is worth a visit, have a coffee and a cookie or pick up a gift as needed. Badhoevedorp is a very pleasant small typical Dutch village and well worth a stroll around.
