I truly loved the food in this place but the service was terrible. I sat outdoors and no one came in to check on me so I went in assuming that perhaps I had to order at what appeared to be a cash register. They told me to go sit back down and that someone would be with me momentarily. After sometime I finally placed my order, the food came, I ordered some frijoladas, a cup of coffee and an orange juice. I can't say anything wrong about the food. It was delicious, I honestly enjoyed it. While I was eating no one came to check on me to see if everything was okay. I finished eating, waited a while and finally asked one of the waiters for the check. Waited another 10 minutes, so I finally decide to go in and pay, again, they send me back to the table and tell me that they'll bring the check shortly. They bring out the check finally, but everything was an eternal wait at this place despite not being busy. Such a shame because it's such a cute little place!

Nice restaurant on the corner with fresh juice, good food and coffee. Good service and nice seating outside. Highly recommended.

Soy un super fan! I've eaten at the Roma location several times, and decided to try this place in Condesa since I was staying only a few blocks away. I adore the location, and the patio seating offers some pretty views of the narrow tree-lined Condesa streets. This location is much smaller than the Roma restaurant, and perfect for breakfast and lunch. My server was Juan (I think?), and he was lovely. My Spanish is meh, at best, and he was patient and kind as I stumbled over the word, "ZaHNaHoRRIAAA" while ordering my juice. The fruit juices, coffee, and fresh produce are definitely ON POINT! Portions are not too big, not too small. All the ingredients are super fresh, and the presentation is Instagram-worthy every time. This will definitely be my cafe of choice when I return to DF.

During our recent trip to Mexico City, we finally explored the Condesa neighborhood and stopped at…read moreFicelle, a bakery I had seen recommended on TikTok. The pastries and service were delicious. While they do not have indoor seating, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the sidewalk and people-watch. We tried three different pastries: a plantain pudding pastry, a fruity meringue pastry, and a very unique peanut butter and chapulines cruffin. All were excellent. My only piece of constructive feedback is regarding the payment process. We had to pay for the pastries separately from the coffee, which made the experience less smooth. It would be much more convenient if everything could be paid for on a single check. Overall, it was a wonderful spot!

The service was attentive and friendly--occasionally a little slow, but that's part of the relaxed rhythm of being in Mexico. The outdoor seating is charming, surrounded by greenery and decorated with natural plants, which creates such a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I especially enjoyed the Betty juice made with beets--it was fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. The pastry selection feels endless, unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere in Mexico. During our visit, they were offering pan de muerto for Día de los Muertos, with a creative twist: a rich chocolate filling. It was outstanding! Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful experience here--delicious food, a beautiful setting, and a bakery that truly makes you want to come back again and again.
