We did have to go up to the front and ask for a refund because we did not even want to eat at that point. During busy hours not a good idea.

We also ordered the latte, Americano, and iced coffee. Ended up paying $27 before tip which was reasonable for a decent breakfast. The food was not great but it was quite good and the espresso drinks were very food and rivals the best coffee in San Francisco. Please note that you have to ring the bell in order to be let in, so wait a little bit before going away if you get there during regular business hours. Fact check: they claim they have the best sandwiches in Ponce. My son says they have the best sandwiches in Puerto Rico.
