A chaque fois que j'appelle, ils disent soit on va commander d'autres poignets et vous les remplacer. Pas de nouvelle, j'appelle après un mois après pour faire un suivi de la commande qui a été placée, ils disent on ne l'a pas encore reçu. 1 mois après le personnel change, tu réexpliques la situation, ils disent non la personne qui vous a dit cela s'est trompée, on ne peut pas changer les poignets de votre bureau, on va vous le changer. La semaine passe, aucune nouvelle du livreur. Je rappelle au moins 5 fois dans une journée, finalement quelqu'un répond pour te dire finalement on va faire des recherches et vous rappeler dans 15mn. On est rendu lundi et ils ne m'ont jamais rappelé. Ce magasin est déconseillé.
