Beware and go elsewhere…read more Our experience with this company was horrible and we waited a month for our refrigerator to be repaired and each step of the way we were treated horribly and charged for services not rendered. I called them twice during that day to confirm the appointment, all things go. I waited all day for them to arrive at my apartment, they never showed. When I called them at 4:15pm to see where they were, they told me there was a computer glitch and they would not be coming to see me that day. I lost a full days pay and they had ZERO sympathy. The rude man on the phone ( the manager ) told me he didn't care if i lost my money and "didn't feel like talking about it all night" as he dismissed me. They offered no discount, no dismemberment, not even a sincere apology. I made another appointment with them for the next day expecting, at the least to be put in top priority. I was not. When the guy finally arrived, again no apology what so ever, even though i had also talked to the tech the night before. If you can help it, do not use this company!
