Onto the place itself, I used to really dread it since it was overpriced and the selection was lacking. Worst of all is the service, really hard to find anybody. Things have improved after about a dozen years, the employees make eye contact and I get asked if I need help. One girl was super friendly and would not leave until I found the shower filter I was looking for. It really helps to be web savvy (their site is pretty solid, even has inventory count), and go there knowing what you want, it saves a lot of time to just show the item you want and they will help you. I checked this place and another for comparison, by far this store won me over for several factors: - Cleanliness of the fridges, spic and span, no yellowing of the interiors. - Affordable prices for used appliances - Simple but effective service I had visited over the weekend and they were able to deliver 2 days later, but I opted for a better timing so I made it 3 days later. They take back your old fridge and delivery is included with the price with a 1 year guarantee. Delivery was quick and efficient, they took out my old fridge, and placed in the new. They told me to wait one hour for all the liquids to settle down or else the fridge would malfunction. So far so good! I bought my Samsung dryer just before Christmas with adding features and five years warranty came more $1200 . after delivery the first time I used it I found it's not working properly, doesn't dry my clothes i had to retry the second time but after two min machine stopped . I had to choose another option either heavy duty or time dry to complete the cycle but still not dry completely I have to hang them to dry. I called couple of days after Christmas they scheduled an appointment with technicians, came after two weeks said the part needs to changed after one month cane charge the part , the issue was the same . call them for about several times, passing me like a ball to different departments and agents, finally he came again change the motor, still doesn't work properly. I asked them to refund me or exchange me with another dryer. warranty dep said we can't since y bought it from bonorix , bonneprix agents said if technician comes and the issue not resolved we refund or exchange but now they change their word. i paid more than $1200 they sent me the broken one. they are bunch of lier. keep y money and avoid them buy from direct store or direct website of LG, Samsung,....

Um... this place is amazing…read more I had no idea this store even existed until I randomly decided to go in after browsing around at Eva B, which is pretty much right next door. Looking in from outside, you wouldn't gain much of a clue as to what this place is about since they aren't big on window display. Nope, aesthetics are not on the radar here. Once you go inside, though, you'll be blown away at: a) the actual size of this place and, b) the amount of STUFF. This is an industrial supply store, full of the most obscure tools, parts, etc and has everything -EVERYTHING- you could ever want before you knew you wanted it. I'm a DIY builder (artist) of mechanical, electronics, whatever and I seriously wish I'd found this place a lot sooner. Today I located an extremely hard to come by brass nut that I desperately needed to finish hooking up the latest appliance I'm working on. I had a hallelujah moment so hard, the guys working there thought I was a full-on lunatic. Everything is super cheap, super organized, and well-stocked. I'll be going here FIRST the next time I need parts. Also, all kinds of camping, fishing and other gear, too. Put it on your go-to list.
