It almost feels like they like being there. One woman in particular that works at the sandwich area is too nice for words. The bacon is more like ham and had no flavor at all - which is sad b/c that's why one orders bacon... the lovely taste of fat and enjoyment of clogging arteries. The coffee was also fine, but nothing special. Overall the experience was okay, but most likely not a place that I would need to visit again.
