We're fairly certain it was produced from a can, and the "pancetta" served with it was quite literally, microwaved pieces of ham. To put it into perspective, the carbonara sauce was yellow. Not like yellowish, not a dark shade of white, like kraft dinner yellow. I think id rather eat cardboard than another order off this menu. They were very patient and understanding of the fact that our group of cousins and spouses did not speak Italian.
