Vanilla frappe and iced macchiato

Great spot! Parking is down a small alley behind the shop. Nice setup and great food and drinks! Plenty of seating and this Sunday morning they had a guy on a guitar. Avocado toast and waffle are phenomenal! We also liked the frappes and macchiato. Kudos to our server Shayna. Drinks could get a little backed up, but not a bad wait at all. This has been our favorite spot in town so far.

Stopped by here for some morning coffee and light breakfast. Upon entering, live music was playing; a man sang American Pie ( feels like we took a step back in time for a brief moment). The shop's interior and ambiance were cute and quaint. We ordered the avocado sandwich with fresh green arugula and balsamic, which was delicious, and the sandwich was amazing. The girls helping us were very sweet and accommodating :)

As I write this review I am struggling to accurately review this place. I initially wanted to leave 3 stars as I was hoping it would encourage improvement, but now realizing I've returned three times at this point for multiple reasons. I feel as though I have to leave four stars because of this. I can say that if you enjoy a drip coffee this is my go to every time. I love that it isn't burnt and the flavor of the coffee barely needs a touch of half and half and its delicious. Ive had the truffle prosciutto sandwich every time I've been here because I just cant get enough of it. So far everything has been delicious. The brushetta, breakfast panini, pistachio waffle, and breakfast burrito did not disappoint. A few friendly critics would be during breakfast rush on weekends to have more then one pot of coffee brewing as the coffee goes fast and I have had to wait a few times for it to be freshly brewed. The items in the back of the shop are a bit too steep in price for the area although it has plenty of potential, and lastly I would up my review to five stars once there is wine pairings for the food and a possible limited dinner option for the locals who could reserve a seat during the slow season.

Turkey Pesto Panini

The truffle prosciutto panini is tied for my favorite sandwich of all time. And I love sandwiches. The patio is beautiful and the service is great.

This cafe is such a cute concept. They have different syrups to add flavoring to your drinks. They are very accommodating! Always checking up on you and are willing to adjust your drink to your liking. They have many snacks and other bottled beverages on the side as well as little trinkets to buy. They have a patio as well. Hopefully in the future they have more drink options!

I was in town and wanted an iced treat so I stopped here and found the cutest little coffee shop inside! Their drink menu was very festive (it is currently December) and they let me customize my drink. I got a gingerbread chai latte with cold foam and it was delicious. They were very sweet and I appreciate everything about this place :)

All of us enjoying our Delicious Breakfast.

The food is delicious, the seasoning and care put into each dish is very evident. It seems strange to order Indian at an Italian restaurant but their chef is from India and those dishes do not disappoint. The samosas had an incredible crispy crust and the dipping sauce was sweet. It's two per order and one is more than enough for one person. The curry chicken is probably the best curry dish in the motherlode. The portion was huge (you will have leftovers) and comes with a nice yogurt sauce to drizzle over each bite. The Naan bread is cooked in house and pairs perfectly with this dish. The aloo Chana was equally flavorful and another huge portion, it seemed like an entire can of garbanzo beans. The namesake Italian food was also delicious. Every pasta has the option to add steak, shrimp, or chicken. The pesto was a true homemade pesto. You could really taste the fresh basil and the shrimp paired perfectly. The breadsticks were good but got a little stale as they sat. It is a large place with plenty of seating and a very nice group table right up front. The lighting is a little uneven, so some tables are in darkness and others are directly under rhe lights. Considering there were only a few other tables, the service was a little slow. Our server was very friendly and had a great attitude but after saying bread was coming right out it was awhile before it finally arrived. The food is absolutely worth every penny and I'll definitely be back but don't come here expecting a quick dinner.

They serve Italian and Indian food an odd combo but we like both so we decided to give it a go. The service was great, but we were also the only ones there most of the time! I played it safe with a classic butter chicken Indian dish and Viney knocked it out of the park. He said he can make it even spicier on request. My wife needs to avoid gluten and the waitress was happy to let us know that they are able to make any of the pasta dishes gluten free! My wife had the Chicken Alfredo and Vinny whipped up a dish especially for her. The pasta was good, the chicken was good but the sauce left something to be desired. Overall, we'll probably try this place again but we're not rushing to go back. Our experience was a 3 but it feels like this place should be a 4.

**An Exceptional Experience -- Crusco's Made Our Wedding Unforgettable!**…read more If you're ever passing through Angels Camp, California, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not stopping at Crusco's for a meal (or two)! My experience with this incredible team, however, goes far beyond just great food. I recently got married in Angels Camp, and finding a caterer who could accommodate our venue's unique requirements was one of my biggest wedding-planning challenges. I contacted several local companies, including the highly recommended Lila & Sage, only to spend weeks waiting for promised return calls and commitments that never materialized. It was an incredibly frustrating waste of precious time. **Then I found Crusco's, and everything changed.** Within our first 30-minute conversation, I went from overwhelmed to confident that I was finally in capable hands. They listened, understood our challenges, and assured me they could handle nearly everything on my list. Most importantly, they followed through! Like most couples planning a wedding, we wanted to stay budget-conscious without sacrificing quality or presentation. Crusco's delivered exactly that. After reviewing my wedding layout and color-theme mock-ups, they sourced beautiful, high-end-looking disposable dinnerware and cutlery that perfectly complemented our decor. They presented multiple options, welcomed my feedback, and handled the shopping and coordination themselves. The attention to detail was incredible. They also agreed to cut and serve our wedding cake, eliminating yet another task I had been struggling to coordinate. For our menu, I envisioned a customized build-your-own pasta bar with appetizers, salad, and bread. Crusco's enthusiastically accommodated the request, allowing guests to create meals suited to their individual tastes. This eliminated the headache of tracking meal selections and many dietary preferences. All I had to provide was a headcount, and they handled everything else! Our somewhat remote venue presented another challenge: finding people willing to help work the event. Once again, Crusco's stepped up. Their team handled setup, kept the food beautifully presented and replenished, ensured drinks stayed cold and available, cut and served our cake, interacted warmly with guests, cleared tables, and collected trash. They even hauled the trash away afterward, fulfilling a specific venue requirement that had been particularly difficult to arrange. **And they did it all with smiles on their faces!** The team also arrived early before our rehearsal the day prior to discuss the layout, timing, and countless little details. Having everything coordinated beforehand meant I wasn't spending my wedding day managing logistics. Instead, I could focus on getting married and celebrating with the people we love. **And the food? Absolutely fantastic!** I heard nothing but glowing reviews from our guests. Everyone loved creating their own pasta combinations, and several commented, "I don't usually eat this kind of food, but I love this!" My own meal exceeded expectations. Everything was beautifully prepared, smelled wonderful, and tasted amazing. Looking back, choosing Crusco's was one of the best decisions I made throughout our wedding planning. They weren't simply caterers. They were problem-solvers who genuinely cared about making our day successful. Their flexibility, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond removed an enormous amount of stress. Whether you're stopping in for a quick meal or planning a major event, **I cannot recommend Crusco's highly enough.** My husband and I, along with several wedding guests, are already looking forward to returning to their restaurant to explore more of the menu. **To the entire Crusco's team: Thank you for being so much more than our caterer. You helped make one of the most important days of our lives truly unforgettable. You've earned our appreciation, our recommendation, and our future business!**

Then our salami and meat tray came out with meat that was gray and discolored. It looked disgusting and was must definitely spoiled. We'd lost our appetites and didn't feel comfortable eating anything at that point. The waitress told us the owner plates and inspects everything before it goes out. She brought the tray back, we could hear him yelling. He said the meat looked that way because it was cured and he told her to tell us we weren't welcome back (don't worry sir that won't be an issue). Our waitress was lovely, but she was put in a terrible position. What should have been a nice dinner for three friends became awkward and unpleasant. We won't be back.

Nice lady and was there when you needed her to be. I got the Pasta Milano and loved it. Alot of sauce which I enjoy. It has pepper flakes and tends to be a little hot. You can have them adjust the amount of heat. My wife had the Mushroom and Spinach Raviolis. She really liked them. I tried one and it was darn good. A proper sear adds flavor, but actual char is bitter and completely overpowers the Marsala wine and mushrooms. Large areas of burnt crust aren't just a cosmetic issue--they ruin the dish and should be replaced, not served to a customer. What made it even more disappointing was that I was expecting a fine dining experience. Instead, I've honestly received better food quality and service at much more casual restaurants. Everyone else at my table enjoyed their meals, so unfortunately I seem to have been the exception, but that doesn't make it acceptable. I left feeling frustrated and confused as to how this plate ever made it out of the kitchen. Thank you for your response. I understand restaurants appreciate the opportunity to correct issues while customers are still there. My concern wasn't that the chicken had "grill marks" or that I didn't understand what Chicken Marsala is. The sauce and mushrooms covered the chicken, so I didn't realize how badly it was burnt until I had already taken several bites. Once I moved the sauce aside, I found it was charred to the point that it tasted burnt and was inedible, which is why I left the meal exactly as shown in my photo. I left because I was disappointed, not because I wanted to leave a negative review. Calling me a "keyboard warrior" instead of addressing the condition of the food or why it even came out of the kitchen in that condition in the first place only reinforces why I felt compelled to share my experience at your establishment.

What a hidden gem!…read more While everyone is rushing to the oldest salon across the street, this nice restaurant at the first floor of the hotel is relatively empty and we were quick to snatch our table for a Friday dinner. Service was a bit slow but pleasant, totally a small town ambiance without the rush. The decoration was cozy with a full size bar and you see the hotel's front desk lounge from across. The menu is amazing with good quality and reasonable prices! Their top 2 dishes are the Little Rooster and the Wine & Bone Ossobuco. The Little Rooster was beautifully stacked on in layers of pistachio-crusted chicken breast seared in EVOO with prosciutto, mozzarella, over creamy red potato mash and topped with apple vinaigrette salad. The taste was so complex and the chicken was so juicy that I couldn't believe it's the chicken breast. The prosciutto in the middle came as a nice surprise (I did not read the menu but was captivated by the dish when a waiter was delivering it to another table) and the portion and taste puts it well above the price tag of $25. I was so elated biting into it. The Wine & Bone Ossobuco in contrast is slightly less satisfying as the meat portion was smaller than what I used to get, but we are paying $30 here vs $45 in the Bay Area. The taste is consistent to what a wine braised ossobuco is. We also tried the wagyu burger that came with a red looking sauce that I thought was spicy but it was actually sweet and sour and had a good balance for the burger patty. The personal size salad was also good in taste and size. Overall we couldn't stop talking about the food for our entire weekend trip to Yosemite. It looks like they have an extensive beer, wine and cocktail menu as well. I strongly recommend this place!
