It is a smaller restaurant, which means it's quite intimate; know that they don't do large parties. Well what can I say, the decor was warming and oh so inviting. Not to mention clean and cosy. The owner is a lovely lady, very kind and was happy have a friendly chat whilst telling us about her homemade brownies which were absolutely dangerously delicious (and of course the plate was cleaned with not even a speck of brownie left). The whole afternoon tea selection of sandwiches, tarts, cakes and not forgetting the refreshing and rich pot of tea was all homemade or locally sourced and was oh so tasteful, especially the melt in your mouth scones served with clotted cream and thick jam.
