    Avocado Toast perfection

Cafe sol never disappoints! Great service, coffee and food!! I usually get the Tabi's toast or the NYC bagel.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute spot for breakfast/lunch - and breakfast is served all day![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The variety of both food and beverage options was vast - lots of healthy options / vegetarian options available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have both indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got an iced latte which came with the iced espresso under a cold foam - you could drink it like this but I mixed it into the latte and it was insanely good. The flavor of the coffee was unreal. I got the Cali Wrap, which came with egg, corn, and a sauce inside and also was tasty. I'll definitely be back to try items if/when I'm in Niantic again!

Ordered the East meets West pulled pork sandwich with pasta Fagioli and a pineapple coconut lemonade. The lemonade has a surprisingly good twist to it, wasn't overly sweet. Sandwich and soup came out hot and fresh. Everything was tasty [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute artwork and quirky signs[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Gluten free bagel and lox

We stopped into Cafe Sol on a Friday morning, it was pretty busy, but service was quick and friendly. They mentioned they took allergies very seriously, and I felt comfortable eating here. We split a hibiscus tea and a gluten free bagel with lox and capers. Everything tasted great and potions were generous. A little on the pricey side for a drink and a bagel, but oh well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was pretty noisy inside, so we opted for the outdoor patio, which was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food came out quickly. A great place to stop in for a quick bite and drink!

Stopped by this quaint little breakfast spot and overall had a cute experience. I'd personally rate it a 3.5/5, but since half-stars aren't an option, I rounded up. They had a fun variety of seasonal coffee flavors, which made choosing a drink part of the experience. I tried a horchata-inspired coffee. I'm not a big coffee drinker and prefer sweeter options, so it didn't quite hit for me--but my girlfriend really liked it. Our friend ordered the blueberry muffin shaken espresso, which was surprisingly delicious and had a strong blueberry flavor that actually came through. For breakfast, I had the Spicy Cho--a hearty and flavorful choice. It wasn't very spicy, but the chorizo brought a bold, satisfying punch. I'd recommend. My girlfriend had the Harvest Wrap, which was a bit of a miss. It ended up being pretty wet and lacked a defining flavor. It had that "healthy wrap" vibe but needed something to bring it all together. We'd skip that one next time. Overall, a decent spot with a few standout items and some misses. Worth a visit if you're in the area and want to try something different.

Cafe Sol was a stop recommended by Guess Where travels, and my friend had actually been there frequently and was eager to see their new location. They have parking that goes around the building, with seating inside and outside. Their menu covers a few chalk boards. The bread and meat of the sandwich was very good, although it was just a drop of dressing for creaminess. The decor was very bright and eclectic without becoming clutter. Everything was extremely clean, including the rest room. There is a free little library inside to check out or maybe move an old book on in life! The employees were all friendly and although they were starting to clean to close, did not force anyone out.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool cafe shop and restaurant a couple blocks from the Niantic Children's museum.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After a long day visiting the Children's Museum my family and I decided to try this coffee shop. We ordered a Cappuccino and a pumpkin spice latte. Both coffees were delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. I will come back in the future to try their food.

    Pumpkin cream cold brew!

Cafe Sol is my favorite place to visit whenever I'm in Niantic! The menu is so unique, extensive and delicious, and it's the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch! The coffee and teas are also very tasty, and they do an amazing job curating seasonal selections. The staff is also incredibly friendly and charming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their original location on Main Street was too small to accommodate the crowds and regulars that frequented Cafe Sol. Their new space is gorgeous and has so many seating options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love sitting outside with friends during the warmer months![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Every time I leave, I cannot wait to come back! I wish more places felt like Cafe Sol.

Stopped by the old location few years back and had a great breakfast sandwich. Found myself cruising through Nianitc again, and decided to check out the new spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Got a breakfast sandwich and a latte to go, but they do now have a large welcoming seating area to dine in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The wait was quick, the staff was super friendly, and the sandwich was delicious. All in all, it was a great experience and will definitely be back to try more of the expansive menu.

After a hot day at the beach, we stopped by Cafe Sol for some coffee. It was super busy inside. They have a large menu, of smoothies, coffee, sandwiches, wraps and more. I just got an iced latte, but they surprised me by adding cold foam on top. They have some seating inside and outside, we didn't have a table outside where we sat, it's ok since we weren't eating. The coffee was delicious, they actually brew Ashlawn Farm coffee here. It's one of the best in the general area. The cold foam was refreshing and sweet! The food that the people were having outside, looked delicious. The lady who served us was very pleasant and friendly, you know when someone calls you "love" they're having a good day!

So happy to visit this place in the new location! So much more seating both inside and outside available. BLaT and East Meets West will always be my favorite sandwiches from here. The Dip and BBBQ Salad are also among the list of favorites. The new blueberry muffin coffee is also incredible if you are a blueberry coffee fan.

    Iced delicious Macchiato, almost finished!

All the food is banging! Coffee is even better i don't go here in the summer because of the tourists/summertime black point buttheads.

The guy behind the counter must've been having a tough day, he continually cut us off while trying to order and he muttered "I don't know why everyone has such an attitude". Things got a little heated and we exchanged "pleasantries" after I told him to cancel my sandwich. I was told that he said that "I could go F**k myself" after I left the store and then told the other people waiting to place an order that he didn't have anymore bread....when he definitely did. Again, maybe he was having a bad day or the heat was getting to him but this kind of attitude and service a little shocking. Even though I told him to cancel my order he still made the Deluxe Italian combo sandwich. After the exchange in the restaurant I really wanted to hate the sandwich but I have to admit it was very good. 4 stars for the sandwich, minus 2 stars for the attitude. Good luck HGG, I won't be back.

Nothing crazy. We were greeted by a taller big guy kindly at first-- that is until he heard our order. As soon as he heard that we wanted to pick our own cookies, he huffed and sighed taking out the box...which fine, we have both worked retail and understand the mid-day burn out. We decide to keep the box light with 8 cookies. Instead, he points to the pre-packaged cookies with about 30 cookies wrapped up. I look at them and thank him for the offer, but that we would like a smaller amount. Another head shake and sigh. We proceed to pick out our cookies and thank him heartily...all with no reply from him. We were simply coming in to order cookies and left feeling like we did something wrong. After that negative interaction, we decided to shake it off and eat some cookies in our car by the beach. Unfortunately, our cookies were stale and many of the cookies tasted the same despite being completely different kinds...2/5 experience, however I will update with another visit to see if that changes or if I just came at a bad time.
