Because it has three different seating areas, they ask that you find a seat, read the menu and then come up to the bar in the center of the square to order. If you haven't identified a seat- they cannot serve you as they must enter something into their system to let the server know where to take your food. You will pick up your own drinks at the bar along with a number placard that you will place of our table. In about 15 minutes, a server will bring you your food. The menu is varied from sandwiches to salads to even burritos and nachos ( who knew these were popular in Denmark?). And if you need a menu in English- they do have them at the bar. If you've come to see the cathedral - this is a good place to enjoy lunch while in town!

The brunch buffet could have a bigger selection, the bread was really good though. And warm! The staff is nice, but service could be faster. They had some problems with the technology, and we're a little confused about who had to do what. I like the location, and the food is average. Normal café food, for normal price. Nothing extraordinary about it, but it satisfies 3 out of 5 stars!

Exceptional service here!…read more The owner is from Spain and do not miss a conversation with him! Friendly guy indeed. The place is chill so it was a respite on a rainy day. I like how there is a slight separation of the eating area from the takeaway/ordering area to provide more quiet time. I went there to complete some conference calls and I found it so relaxing enjoying my latte and avocado toast. The avo toast is nicely prepared. Gluten free bread is available! The avocado is neatly sliced and arranged into the bread. A light drizzle of olive oil and tap of salt and pepper finished the dish off nicely. The cafe is located off a main road but is on a quiet street.

I settled on the Hearty Bowl with a chai latte, and this was a perfect choice. The bowl was presented beautifully, and each ingredient was fresh and pleasing. The flavors balanced each other, and the warmed tahini sauce brought it all together. I didn't think I would finish it because it was so large, but I did because it was so delicious. As a vegan option, too, this was incredible. The chai latte went well with meal, owing to its delightful spice. The inside seating was cozy and comfortable, too. They have carry out if you prefer. Don't miss this place!

Many different colours, different types of furniture from different eras and paintings all mixed (and not matched) throughout the room. When I got visitors I usually take them here to grab some breakfast. We have tried the breakfast buffé and were not huge fans, but they have a menu where you can choose between a couple of sandwiches and some salads. It can be really crowded at times which makes it hard to find a place to sit and it also makes the noise level very high. They do have a back area where the breakfast buffé is served with some extra (not as cozy) tables, but this is also the childrens area, so the sound level is, as you probably can imagine, not much lower here. ;) It can be crowded not only where you sit down to enjoy your food, but also when you stand in line to order. And since they don't take orders at the table this often results in a long queue squeezed in between the front window and the cashiers desk. Not only is it a tight fit when trying to get your order through but escaping that queue in the other direction can be a nightmare which makes it all a bit stressful. On top of that, the prices are quite high. I mean, they do have quality products, but for the hassle mentioned above it does take away from the overall experience as well. All in all, it is a place where I bring guests once to check out the nice interior and enjoy a good sandwich and some coffee out of old granny style cups. If you want to go somewhere to work / chill out there are better places.

It's a bit expensive compared to other places, but it's worth it. The have amazing cakes! Try going there for a brunch on Sundays but remember to book a table in advance - and not just three days before. This year they won the award for the best gløgg (similar to gluhwein) and it's good and it hits you hard! Don't plan on going home by car afterwards.
