Roasted within a few days, beautifully brewed, light and full of the complex flavour of the beans, and served by passionate if surly professionals. The surly is the only reason I deducted a star, there's no reason to provide less warmth and care than places with shittier product. This is an unnecessary feature of too many third wave coffee places. Or maybe it was just a bad day.
