Great tasting Paris Fog (glad I asked for half sweet; it was almost too sweet when he halved the sweetness!) and my boyfriend liked their coffee. He also had their tuna sandwich, which he says was tasty but the portion too small. Plus, he didn't really like that there was no discount for a refill of his coffee. But the atmosphere was pleasant, and I enjoyed their coffee table books.

Fresh baking, good coffee, nice atmosphere. I always enjoy stopping here. The pizzas in particular make it a favourite lunch spot for me.

I had their pumpkin spice latte and it was possibly the best one I've had. Better than Starbucks. 10/10 would recommend

My iced coffee had no ice by the time I walked to my car. The taste ended up very watered down within a couple of minutes.

While the cafe doesn't have a large selection of options, what it lacks in variety of makes up for in quality. The drinks here are good. The espresso is fresh and tasty, brewed quick and orderly by the baristas. The menu is fairly bare bones, but that's fine by me. They offer regular coffee too (just one option) but I haven't had the chance to try it. Great little spot for sitting and working. They've moved across the street from their old location and it's a lovely new space. They sell beans here, looks like mostly in bulk. Haven't tried them yet, but if it's the same as what they are serving might be worth it. I always want good pourovers. That's usually that biggest thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating. I cannimagime myself coming here if I worked in one of these buildings, but since I need to drive downtown to get here, I may as well go to Atlantis.

I do appreciate how they took out the jalapeños that was part of it. This place deserves a 4 stars for service and a clean, spacious environment but sadly the sandwich tasted very bland so a 3 stars defines my experience better. But yes the customer service was very nice to me and I am grateful.

Alas, I wasn't, but I was sure paying Granville Island prices for it (without the harbour view, seagulls and street entertainers). Alas, they only had a hot sunny day patio overlooking a dusty parking lot and traffic to show for it. Apart from the hefty price tag, these people can really bake. My raspberry cream cheese brownie ($3.55) kept for two days and tasted divine with lactose-free Natrel milk. Unbelievable. This one alone's worth going back for. I got a lemon curd tart to go as well (at a steep $4.75) and this one, made with a fresh butter crust and lemons, is fabulous for anyone with a tart-sweet fix. Quality is right up there but portions are tiny for price. I'm beginning to smarten up and realize that there are good places in town, but you pay an arm and a leg for it cause they virtually have no competition. Well, really, even the terrible places you pay an arm and a leg for. On the bright side, this also means I'm saving a lot of money cause I'm not eating out 4x a week like in Vancouver. Parking is easy as is most everywhere here and definitely a nice place to gab with a girlfriend or catch up with family.

Nice selections of teas as well. A nice place to go solo or with a friend on a Saturday for lunch. A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it.
