Yet another new cafe opened up here in Korea Town. Staff are friendly and attentive. Dining area is comfortable, clean and spacious; with a strong aircon and free WiFi. They use arabica coffee beans as their coffee base and Giffard syrups for flavoring.
WE TRIED
- Passionfruit Ade made with passionfruit puree. It tasted like an Italian Soda, not bad.
- Peach Ade made with peach syrup served with a canned peach slice. I preferred the passionfruit.
- Iced Chocolate Mocha - It was thick with cream, too much for my liking.
- Pepperoni pizza - the taste of this thick crust individual pizza brought back memories of bagel bites, which my kids loved back in the day. The crust needed to be cooked longer because it was on the doughy side but it had nice stretchy cheese and nice spicing.
- Monte Cristo sandwich - ham and cheese panini served with raspberry jam. Loved the flavors and the stretchy cheese. I wished the bread was more crispy around the edges.
- Double choko cake - It tasted so much better after it reached room temp (it was stored in a refrigerated case). Decadent chocolate cake with thick layers of rich chocolate frosting.
A nice place to hang out, hubby and I will definitely be back for that chocolate cake. I'm looking forward to trying out other things on their menu. read more
