So we headed on in like always-well, the new owner is basically a bar fly! We were the Only Customers and she couldn't even take our order! To busy talking to her teen children who were working/cooking. Finally got our pizza. Had to ask for napkins and paper plates. She told us "oh there usually on the tables " Pizza was pretty good. Then we had to flag the bar fly down Again just to pay!! Skip ahead to March 2026 thought we'd give them another chance. Fish Fry this time. Hmm, fish was definitely Hot but not as tasty as the previous owners served. Came in an old warped plastic basket w/mini portion of coleslaw (not the best), fries or baked potato( was 4pm-told us no baked til after 5) menu states after 3pm. Then server comes back and says, " oh I didn't know we had baked potatoes now, thought not til 5) Maybe server should know what the heck they are serving! Also, special was shrimp (which server said they were out of) glad I didn't want any. Also, heard the cook saying, "we only have 1 bag of fish left"!! WOW on a Friday night in Wisconsin during LENT!! Of course the Bar fly female owner was there playing slot video games and cackling! She informed the server that the woman's bathroom needed TP! That there was barely enough for her to use. Which tells me she used the last of it and couldn't be bothered to replace it!!! Lazy Boozy Bitch!! My adult children and inlaws tried dinner mud summer 2025- half the menu wasn't available!! They claimed the supply truck hadn't arrived yet. Needless to say they won't waste there time going again. And I would have to say the same. I have recommended this place to many people. Now I have regrets. I will now let them know NOT to waste their time & money.

At only 9am, the waste basket in the bathroom was literally overflowing & used kotex hanging out the top. The steps going down to bathroom were about an inch thick of dust & dirt. THE COOK was sweating horribly, wiping her forehead with her bare hand, then, putting that same hand into a bag of hashbrowns & tossing them on the grill. Of my flight, none of the six would i not order again but the Maibock was my victor!! Watch out for My Sophia....she is sly @ an easy drinking 9%. Mikey poured me a blue eyed blonde while telling me it was named for the owners wife. Boom....a few minutes later Mikey "thats the blue eyed blonde behind you". They had a brick oven but we didn't even discuss food. Mikey said they just celebrated 10 years last week, March 4th. Then forgot to ask its definition or how the owner came up w the name? Knuth checks all the boxes! Delicious beer, fantastic staff, comfortable digs, easy parking & just an all around good vibe!
