After 90 minutes of waiting and repeatedly asking about our food, our meals never came, and we had to leave. To make matters worse we were initially billed for the entire meal - including food we never received. After asking for the bill to be corrected, everyone was charged full price for the salad bar, even though it was included with some of our ordered meals. There was no apology or explanation for the excessive wait. We also noticed cleanliness issues: dust and a spider web near the salad bar, and the men's restroom was dirty and smelled unpleasant. We've had good experiences here before, but unfortunately our last few visits have not been up to par. Waiting 90 minutes, leaving without dinner, and receiving no apology is simply unacceptable.
