I was in Macroom over the weekend with my Boyfriend for his birthday and we only got back to Dublin last night. Over the weekend we came across this little spot after we went on a long walk around the town and the park.
The Place is quite small but very homely and inviting and the lady that served us was lovely. My boyfriend got a pizza which he said he really enjoyed and I got a tuna salad which was also really nice. I was served garlic bread with my salad and I swear it was the best garlic bread I've ever had. It was really good! we ordered a portion of chips to share too and a large jug of water. The bill came to 23euro which was very reasonable considering the amount of food and the quality of the food we got.
There is no frills or nothing really fancy about this place but you know exactly what you're getting. It is also contributing to a small local business. If we come back to Macroom we'll be coming here again for some lunch. :) read more
