From glass windows i could see (Plov = specifically cooked rice with lamb or beef and vegetables) and it looked so tempting! I stepped inside to see the variety of dishes and really appreciated the assortment of sweet and savory options. Everything looked very authentic and appealing, as a Russian I wanted to eat it all. I was very hungry and got that rice with lamb, when ordering it i was also offered a boiled egg, cooked garlic, some cherry tomatoes. Not only it was a perfect portion for 2 people, but also a great leftover food for another meal. The quality and flavor was outstanding. Every time i was closing my eyes, I saw Russian food fairs where i could get such a divine dish. Employees / owners were very kind and hospitable, they made me feel welcome and at home. The last time we came for Eid, the experience was honestly very poor. The seating situation was uncomfortable and disorganized, the service was not pleasant, and our server came across as rude and unwelcoming. On top of that, the food did not taste fresh at all, especially the desserts. My daughter loves the vegan zucchini pastry, but this is now the 3rd or 4th time it has tasted stale. Everything looked good visually, but once you taste it, you can tell it's not fresh anymore. It's sad because this used to be one of our favorite places, but the quality and service have really gone downhill. Don't take the pastries or desserts if you don't want to be disappointed.
