Pastries and coffee are quite lovely, and the selection behind the counter is very visually appealing to look at, and tastes great, too. Minus three stars for the awfully rude service. The servers practically bark at you if you so much as ask a question, or "get the process wrong." We didn't first know how to order here and every time we tried to watch or find out, there was some sort of curt bark from the server - who was just flat out rude. While we enjoyed the pastries and the coffee, and also appreciated the ample bathrooms inside and upstairs, the gruff, unpleasant, non-tourist friendly service leaves a lot to be desired. If you have limited time in Innsbruck, go somewhere else. They don't deserve your vacation dollars here.

My friends were craving for something and they wanted it quick so we didn't really have a long time frame to look around. This looked alright so we went in, the ladies in the window were not to impressed from us, and weren't too happy to serve... We got a few cakes and a few drinks, all of it was below average but edible. When the waitress came with our order she was saying "move the things, the tray is heavy for me" - it's nice that she's honest and all, but the tone it was said in was so annoying I felt like pretending I'm a tourist and didn't understand her. The cakes weren't too great, my pastry was not very fresh and too sticky. She also brought the bill along, even though it was just 20 cents, which I can really afford - the pastry I bought was 2.30, but in the recipes it was 2.50. Not sure if it's an extra which is mentioned somewhere, a mistake or a scam, but in a large order it matters. So check your bill for other mistakes. Overall - wasn't too impressed... So just wander around the streets, there's a lot of options around.
