Great food and friendly service. A curious little, Moroccan themed place that's worth a visit for something other than Pizza or Chips which is all they seem to offer in these parts. Various seating options both inside and semi outdoor. Balanced menu with interesting options. The four meals we ordered (Nachos, Salmon, Vegan salad, Curry) were all nice, although the curry was perhaps a bit dry. Enjoyed it though and would recommend. Just a point though, beer served in a can? Many do it but it is a bit rubbish. Even if you could serve it from a bottle it would be better. For a place with this charm it would be good for curious beers with maybe one on tap. Maybe it's just not viable which is a shame. Thanks though for a nice Lunch. read more

Delicious, clever Moroccan menu. We had a group of 8 and ordered a variety of food. I had the falafel wrap and could tell the falafels were freshly made and so was the Lebanese bread. The serving sizes were generous and everyone enjoyed their food. Great atmosphere. We stopped while at on a bike ride and locked our bikes on the rack conveniently just outside NBC on the street. The huge bazaar type shop they have at the back is incredible. So many interesting items imported it seems from China, Middle East and India I think. Great place to enjoy an exotic meal in the north east of Victoria. The service is OK at least friendly. The meals we ate were generous and tasty but somewhat toned down from usual Arabic flavours perhaps to accommodate for mass market appeal. Interesting non alcoholic drink menu which explores various fruit fusions. Was not expecting to find this in Myrtleford! Although I grew up in this little sleepy hallow, I am totally surprised to find that Myrtleford is now becoming a little hipster. This Café was not what I expected when entering. Décor and food is inspired by Moroccan and middle eastern influences. Had the kebab for lunch, food was delicious, fast and well priced. My eyes had their fill too when I wandered off to explore the rest of the shop. it stocks home wares and it just goes on and on. 15 minutes was not enough time to see everything. Would go back to try more things on the menu and to look around the business more. Very happy to see something like this pop up in Myrtleford, I have even told some friends when visiting the area to swing by this place for something different. Coming from America to little town of Myrtleford and coming here to eat Moroccan food, I can say this was a pleasant surprise. Our friend who got married and used to study in Morocco loves this place. The stuff you can buy the imports are all so ridiculously expensive that I would suggest you go and actually travel to the places and buy them and ship them over yourself. Save yourself a pretty dime there. All in all the food was pretty good, I can't say that it was anything beyond fantastic but the location and the decor was great. I'm sure the tea and the drinks were very authentic. Seeing that they poured it like the traditional way and in the traditional pots. Good time with good friends. Would say that my falafel wrap was a bit dry but it was alright. I've had better tzatiki sauce so I would say it was at best subpar. Would I come back. Probably not anytime soon since I'm in Denver Colorado but if I'm in the area in the mood for hummus I most definitely will. read more
