Their portions are also a bit larger than normal and for the price it is a steal! They even offer vegan dishes which is unheard of in the Philippines. Honestly though, after seeing the poor living conditions of most Filipinos -- and knowing that most would starve with the mandatory lock down that was soon to come with the pandemic -- I don't ever want to be vegan. Alas, I digress... You could tell that they place freshness in high regard as all of their seafood items must be placed well in advanced. I was sad I could not order their kinilaw in that light, but their *Chicken Afritada* (P200) did provide a superior level of comfort! They use real chicken breast, which might have been a tad over done and therefore dry, but it did not matter since the tomato-based stew was rich and well-developed.
