We were driving from Trento to Munich on the last leg of a wonderful trip through Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Italy and knew Innsbruck was our place for lunch. We had targeted a place down the way and it was not a good fit at all. Thank the gods! We located Piano after a brief online search and are so happy we did. I had the Wiener Schnitzel and a lovely beer or two. Wow, that tiny kitchen cranks out some amazing food! I couldn't have been happier. The owner was bustling about, taking care of us and the many others, and she was so kind and welcoming. If we were staying in town we'd go back. Why didn't we stay here???
She Said: I had tomato soup and a glass of wine, and I could not have been happier with my humble and delicious meal. We appreciate the staff fitting us into a little table on a very busy day, and when I say I daydream about that soup, I'm not kidding.
Potty Points: No trip to the potty for me!
