Situated on the third floor of a fairly tall building Cafe 3 provides something that would be impossible amongst the ground floor grey matter that most Manchester cafes occupy- caffiene with a view.
Its ideal vantage point over the surrounding Northern Quarter probably makes it a favourite of many north west hit men but don't let that put you off.
The decor is worn in and cosy with a little Victorian charm thrown in, making it a particular winter months favourite of mine- there really is nothing better than curling up here with a good book and a big coffee.
The staff treat you like they've known you all your life and the food tastes just like grandmas, in fact, I'm starting to wonder whether I might actually be related to these people.... read more
