Espresso (on the La Marzocco), chemex, cold brewed or even granita style with a little panela. We went for a couple of different cold options and enjoyed both (though even the "tiny" amount of panela in the granita was a little too sweet for tus). The cold brewed coffee was excellent, served with plenty of ice and a slice of lemon to bring out the acidity. Refreshing and energising. A great option when you're in the neighbourhood and need a hit.

It offers lovingly prepared, high-quality coffee and tea drinks--including cold brew--in the Plaza de Olavide, a beautiful part of town without any other places offering coffee and tea of that caliber. Not only that, the owners know what they are doing: one of them talked with me for almost half an hour about coffee extraction and roasting. His passion was refreshingly unpretentious--it was clear that he simply loved good coffee and wanted to share it with others. While I don't know enough to comment intelligently on their selection of coffee beans and teas, I'm certain that they choose everything in the place with care. Highly recommended!

Come before 10pm and get the 'Gin-Cake' special, which is a GinTonic and piece of carrot cake for 10€. Given that the carrot cake is normally 4.90€, picking up a G&T for 5€ ain't a bad deal! Service was quick but took a longg time to bring our check which is pretty typical in Europe honestly. The mini sweet brunch was only 10 euro and included a hot drink (tea, coffee), cold drink, croissant, and choice of baked apples or yogurt with granola and chocolate chips. The croissant was warmed and yummy. The baked apples topped with whipped cream were served cold, but they definitely would've tasted better warm. Overall: cozy, affordable place near Plaza España for breakfast if you're not too hungry or in a rush
