The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning -- every little detail is so thoughtfully designed, and the whole vibe is just chef's kiss. It's one of those places where you immediately start taking photos because everything is just so pretty and unique. And the LIVE JAZZ MUSIC?! I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best parts of the entire night. The energy, the talent, the ambiance -- it made the whole experience feel so elevated and special. It wasn't just dinner, it felt like an event. Like something out of a movie. We were all just sitting there smiling, soaking it in, thinking "this is amazing." Now let me just say -- the FOOD. Incredible. Truly. Every dish we had was flavorful, beautifully presented, and honestly just delicious. No complaints there at all. You can tell they really care about what they're serving. BUT... here's where things took a bit of a turn. We came to celebrate my mom's birthday, and she was SO excited. I mean really, really excited. She had heard so many great things about how fun and special birthdays are here -- the little celebrations, the treats, the attention -- and she was genuinely looking forward to that moment. It wasn't just dinner for her, it was an experience she had been anticipating. During the night, we actually saw not one, but TWO other tables celebrating birthdays. They got special treatment, desserts, the whole thing -- and it looked so fun and thoughtful. Naturally, we assumed my mom's moment was coming. But... it never did. We waited... and waited... and waited. Nothing. We gently reminded the staff. Then again. And again. I think we mentioned it about four different times throughout the evening -- always politely -- just thinking maybe it slipped through the cracks and they'd fix it. But somehow, it just never happened. And honestly, that part was really hard to watch. My mom tried to brush it off, but you could tell she was disappointed. At one point she genuinely looked like she might cry, which just broke my heart. It's not even about the dessert itself -- it's about feeling seen and celebrated, especially on your birthday. So while the atmosphere, music, and food were all absolutely amazing... the service in that one important area really missed the mark. I would still say this is a beautiful, memorable place with so much going for it -- but if you're going to be known for creating special moments, especially for celebrations, it's really important to follow through consistently. Because when you get everything else SO right... the little things matter even more.

Loved the bartender (in addition to outstanding house cocktails, made me a blood & sand with hand-squeezed OJ just because!) Yes, you're paying top dollar (even for Vegas), but it just depends on what you're looking for - ambiance at Delilah is extremely hard to beat, highly recommend grabbing drinks here. Heading back to Vegas for a girls weekend in July and would love to go back to Delilah.

I knew the door for the restaurant wasn't it but I didn't know between the other two of which side to go into so I called my friend who guided me to the correct door. I was there about midnight & it wasn't busy at all for a Friday night. The establishment was organized, clean & modern. They have some tumble weeds as light fixtures which didn't look real & was kinda tacky & didn't really fit their decour. The side we were on was called The Lodge on Stephanie. There was a good size dining room area behind the bar which wasn't open. The bathrooms are next to it & when I went to go use the bathroom is was very cold in the dining room (had to walk thru) & in the bathroom. The other side was more fancy. You can see each areas thru the glass windows inside. I joined my friend's @ the bar & decided to play some video poker & it ate my $40 and I didn't end up winning. I would have moved to a different machine if I wasn't there with my friend's. The bartender was Doc who was friendly & my friend Carlton was conversing with him about the sports. I'm glad my friends had come here since I've been eyeing the establishment after it opened whenever I would drive by it. I'd definitely come back & hope to have better luck gambling. I was happy that they serve Nutrl & have pineapple. My seltzer was nice & cold. :-)

This review is based on a professional organization banquet. If this were an expensive restaurant,…read moreI'd consider the food quality unacceptable. For a banquet situation, though, it had some remarkable high points. Pros: consistent medium-rare filets delivered to five people at our table! Tender and flavorful to boot. Hardly any catering operation achieves this. Bravo. Other strengths: buttery potato purée with the steaks. Large, non-overcooked portion of salmon. Remarkably tasty vegan panang curry -- this was arguably the best dish on the table. Soft and creamy ricotta cheesecake. High quality berries alongside the sorbet. The bar and table staff were swift and capable. Cons: mediocre salad with some sad, wilted old greens. Some of the asparagus with the filet was so woody, it was inedible. Bland, barely seasoned "piccata" -- I ended up putting some panang curry on my salmon and (mushy) spaghetti, which was a huge improvement. As served, it was basically spaghetti with oil. So, do you grade them on a banquet curve? If so, job well done. Major snaps for the steak temperature. But in a restaurant town this strong, there's no reason they can't stock fresh salad greens, snap the asparagus properly, etc., and get the whole system clicking.

The space we rented was absolutely beautiful--with doors that opened onto a lovely outdoor patio complete with tables and chairs, it gave the whole room such an open and spacious feel. I had a very tight turnaround between a trade show and our event, so I was only able to drop off decor and gift bags the day before. To my surprise and delight, when I arrived to set up, the team had already arranged everything for me. They placed the décor, laid out the gift bags, and took so much pressure off my plate--something I truly appreciated given the time crunch. The food was excellent--delicious and beautifully presented. We also had specialty cocktails, and the bartenders executed them perfectly. Every detail was spot on. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and truly anticipated our needs throughout the evening. Elise did a fantastic job coordinating everything with us. She was responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Stirling Club is a stunning property with several beautiful rooms to choose from, depending on the size and style of your event. I wouldn't hesitate to host another event here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, well-run venue in Las Vegas.
