I've gone to over a dozen UNLV men's and women's games here and the staff is awesome. They are helpful and polite. The concessions have variety of food and drinks. I personally like the nachos which are a great value. The events are well organized no matter who is in town or what event is performing. The events often have fun games for kids to win prizes. Most of all this place has one of the best views of Strip.

Maddy graduated on Wednesday!!!! Thomas & Mack Center is a great place for graduation. Getting in and out of there is always a nightmare. I wish they would be coordinated when directing traffic. See my pics

We were directed to the one elevator used earlier.

I came here for the first time to attend my niece's high school graduation. I believe there were multiple graduations and we were the last event of the day. When we arrived at the parking lot there were lines of cars leaving and entering. The lines seemed long but their traffic control team was moving the traffic really well. We had a map for the event, but signage for the event scattered through the roads would be better. We had a handicap placard and the team handled it with ease (just make sure it's visible). Handicap spots were limited but we were able to snag a parking spot. From there, we were able to locate where wheelchair guest enter, which was between the escalators. Security checks were quick and efficient and we were the. loaded into an elevator. So, from parking to unloading the elevator, it took at least 5 minutes. It was quick. There's not really any designated wheelchair parking for guest so are able to walk but noticed there were areas for guests who wish to stay in their wheelchairs. A friendly usher found a spot for us to leave our wheelchair for the event. I thought it would be a stressful process but it was effortless. Unfortunately trying to leave was a little different, especially for guest with disabilities. We waited in the arena a little longer for the crowds to dissipate. Guest who were unable to use the stairs/escalators were directed to the one elevator used when we arrived. The line was long but we made it in the second or third round. When we got outside there was a mass crowd and no way to get to our car so we just waited between the escalators. There was no crew members out there to direct guest anywhere. We were separated from the rest of our family for a bit. Again the parking team did a great job getting cars out. That same energy needs to be assisting with directing guest from the arena to their cars. I was thinking it was chaotic because we were the last group and they allowed guests to linger to take photos. We still had a great experience at this venue and we'll probably be back in 4-5 years for my niece's college graduation. Hopefully their guest control for exit is improved by then.

My niece had her graduation at Thomas and Mack. It was surprisingly well organized with different schools coming out as we were going in and the next school coming in Alas we were leaving. Security was quick and easy as long as you followed their clear instructions with bag size and contents. There were tables set up and clearly labeled eith gifts, flower, drinks, that were not allowed in or people who didn't want to give graduates the flowers until they were done walking across the stage and to avoid leaving them in cars.

The NFR is like a well oiled machine. Runs very smoothly and timely. Entertaining event, with very little down time.

Great staff here and a wonderfully laid out arena. Not a bad seat in the house unless you're extremely high up and then you just have to have better vision than me. Parking prices can be a little high but that's the price for doing fun stuff in Vegas. Speaker system seems a little outdated but overall the announcer sounds pretty clean. Can't wait for the next event.

Front at ride share drop off

Visited the campus for a campus tour. Relatively quieter on a Friday morning with cooler weather. Huge arena, feeling the aura of the early 90s running rebels. Rideshare drop off and pickup is covertly setup at the front of the stadium at the roundabout.

While decent enough for a Highschool Graduation the Thomas & Mack Center is far from "state-of-the-art" if guests have been around the country to colleges like The Ohio State University, LSU or even North Dakota. Sure the Rebs achieved unprecedented success here, but 42 years since opening everything including "VIP" Suites feels dated while entry and exit is an absolute mess.

Do they charge for parking?

The security guards guided us through and no problems whatsoever. They let us know which floor we needed to access our seats. Lots of employees walking around in uniform to make sure everything went smoothly. There were some employees walking around with those bins with drinks and ice. We got a few drinks after using the restrooms and headed to our seats. We were sitting seats a little above the ground floor and it was such a good view. The stage is huge and I love that there are 2 monitors on the side so you can see the performers. For this festival, we went on the 2nd day to Le Sserrafim and other artists. Sound system was amazing. Perfect loudness and the speakers have great sound quality. We were thoroughly impressed by the T-Mobile Arena all together for how great it is organized and the whole production. There were a lot of lights, and sparklers. It was really well done and I would come back to see future concerts and shows!

[Parking]: Tour guests are encouraged to park in LOT C at the north end of Allegiant Stadium at the corner of Allegiant Stadium Way and Al Davis Way. Parking is free on non-game days. [Price]: Guided tour tickets start at $65.99 on the Raiders website. On certain days the tour offers field access so check the website for the exact days when it happens. Our party purchased tickets via Groupon for approximately $56 per person. [Entrance & waiting area]: Tour guests should enter at the security gate at the North Entry point. There's an indoor waiting area with limited seating as well as a vendor selling snacks and water bottles with the Raiders logo. [Experience]: Our tour guide Dustin was really good and he is one of the original tour guides since the stadium opened. He used to work as a Jungle Cruise guide at Disney for 15 years so you can tell he is really good at what he does & he also has a good sense of humor. The tour lasted approximately 75 minutes and our party got to see the Al Davis Memorial Torch, Broadcast Booth, the Mark Davis Owners' Suite (with a view right on the 50-yard line of the field - https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3HhwSB3wcOg ), Raiderette Locker Room (plus a mini museum on the history of the Raiderettes), Postgame Press Conference Room (photo op), Raiders Locker Room (with jerseys from each Raiders player + special presentation), and Wynn Field Club (nightclub inside the stadium). The tour ended at The Raider Image (official team store). Unfortunately there was no field tour on the day of our visit. [Conclusion]: The tour was excellent and it was one of the better stadium tours I have visited.

I was in Vegas for a wedding on Saturday, July 6, 2019. In early July 2019, we were only 3 dates in our relationship all in late June. So, it was me without her, and I stayed with my parents at Treasure Island. From the wedding, rehearsal dinner, etc, I got to know various people and saw people I hadn't seen in a long time. One of the couples (one I met a couple of times long time ago) & her husband (who I had never met), we built some good rapport. He said he had extra ticket to Aerosmith backstage pass here at Dolby Live, which I enthusiastically agreed. I think he sent the pass to me electronically. The next day Sunday, July 7 was the night of the Aerosmith concert. My parents dropped me off. I went in the designated entrance. Staff was cordial, but we are having a hard time accessing the tickets or the scan wasn't working. It was very strange. I explained to the staff about these being backstage passes that my friend sent me. It was a bit of back & forth, but ultimately, they said go that way to stand in line to get in. Wow, this was a magnificent large modern theater. Seeing Aerosmith on the side stage was incredible! Conclusions: So, we don't know for sure if those "friends" (who I barely knew) actually gave me real tickets or sent me some fake thing that wasn't supposed to work to play a trick on me. I will say when I arrive (late because of the hecticness with the tickets) I saw them saying thanks for the ticket, so cool! His face seemed to turn a paler shade of white, and he seemed stunned I was there like it was a trick. So, I kind of think the staff felt sorry for me with this ticket not working giving me the benefit of the doubt. In summary considering the staff was nice & helped me out, I got to give Dolby Live a 5-star! To be fair, I still would've given them 5, but even more-so in this case. In summary, I honestly believe the tickets were fakes, and he had no actual extra ticket and wanted to play a cruel joke on me. If I hadn't gotten in as they had intended, I would've been very depressed that not walking around MGM Park casino by myself until the concert was over. I'm not sure I would've mustered up telling my parents what happened and pretended seeing Aerosmith was cool. After that trip, I didn't see those people again, I live in Maryland, and they live in Arizona.

The comfortable, smartly constructed theater inside of Park MGM is where Usher performed and boy did Usher perform! For nearly two full hours, the crowd, which reached to the rafters, was treated to hit after hit from every Usher album ever made. We received Usher singing and grooving in all of his 45 year old fineness on four wheel skates, in a silk robe, rocking cool shades, busting out a handstand, in a glittery leather, being a flirt, a playboy, a lover and a cheater. There are so many sides to this legendary singer and we were blessed with them all. At one point during the VERY SEXY show, Usher stepped off of the stage, walked into the middle of the super adoring crowd and stayed there serenading us for a good while. The acoustics were superb as were his XXX dancers and his band. There were giant screens on each side of the stage so that nobody missed one moment of Usher's singing, dancing greatness, no matter how far they were from the stage. The Usher Residency in Las Vegas is the first concert that I say in all seriousness that I would be happy to go to again. I didn't get to grab any of the "Usher Bucks" that were unexpectedly blasted from a confetti machine in the end but still the greatest concert ever!
