My oldest just finished up his Senior photo session today. We haven't seen the photos yet and will update review afterwards. I found everyone at the studio to be very welcoming and great energy. I especially loved our photographer, Sky. She had a great personality and was good at getting my son comfortable. She was very open to me sneaking in to adjust his shirt or hair. I was thankful for that. The studio appeared to be in great shape for the amount of seniors that go through the studio in a day. I highly recommend booking a morning appointment for a calmer environment. Go in with an open mind and don't be scared to share what you're hoping for during the session. I work and they require you take take a day off and drive down to review photos in person to decide which you want to purchase. This is only so they can pressure you into buying more and excessive rates. This is hands down the worst and most expensive photographer that you are mandated to use for Seniors EVER. Customer Experience Feedback Our experience with Cady was overwhelmingly negative, turning what should have been a memorable milestone for my child into a traumatic and disappointing event. Lack of Communication and Accommodations First and foremost, the lack of communication and willingness to accommodate our family's needs was unacceptable. As a split-parent household, we were never given the option or the information necessary for both parents to have a separate photo session or purchasing opportunity. The most critical failure in communication, however, was not informing us that we would be required to purchase photos at the time of the session, and that any unpurchased images would be destroyed. This policy was never disclosed at any point during the scheduling process or prior to the photo session itself. After discovering this, I immediately requested to speak with a manager, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, the manager was unwilling to make any accommodations. We even offered to pay for a second viewing session so that my child's other parent could select their own photos, but this request was denied. This refusal to work with us, even when we offered a solution that would generate additional revenue for Cady, felt punitive and unnecessarily rigid, and it left us with a feeling of being held hostage by the company. Unfair Pricing and Lack of Transparency Secondly, the pricing structure is both unreasonable and completely lacking in transparency. The costs were not disclosed until after the photo session had already taken place, leaving us feeling pressured and taken advantage of. The lowest point of entry for a product was an astounding $179 for just two photos. The cost of a USB flash drive with all the images was an exorbitant $799. These prices are not only inappropriate for senior photos but were deliberately withheld until it was too late for us to make an informed decision. The pricing should be clearly and prominently shared with clients before any services are rendered. It's ridiculous that my child's senior photos cost more than my own wedding photos. In the end, I feel that Cady's practices are predatory. The company deliberately creates a situation where parents are emotionally invested after the photos are taken and then leverages that emotion to force them into purchasing overpriced products under a tight deadline, all while holding the child's memories for ransom. I will not recommend Cady to anyone and will actively share my experience with other parents to encourage them to seek a transparent and fairly priced photographer. read more

Wow. These people are awful! Had my son's Senior pictures done. Used a promo code to get 3 free digital pictures and 2 with the 199 fee. Verified when they took pictures. Went in today for previews and most of the pictures were blurry and poorly centered. Salesperson blamed it on the TV he was using. Then said he did t understand why our free digital atent in the system. Said to call corporate after I purchased to 2000 dollar package a d try to get them to refund some of it!?!? He admitted they had it wrong but blamed it on corporate. Said they can retake the pictures because they were so bad. The staff and photographers were all great during my daughter's senior photo session. She went in with about 15+ poses she wanted to include. They let her do them and took pics of them all. That said, she was very disappointed the following week at the viewing when we saw the photographers had eliminated nearly all of those images from the final selection. Seems like all images should be presented to let the customer decide if they like them or not, especially considering their steep prices. While we are happy with how the images turned out, for those that were shown to us, we really wish we could have seen them all. Apparently purchasing the "elite package" isnt the way to go. With the regular photo package with my first senior we finished in one day, photos were ready rather quickly, uploaded with watermarks for us to choose from and boom we purchased and were done. With the elite we had the photos started in October, couldn't finish due to weather(which wasn't bad) and here we are in January after i told them we wouldnt be coming back to do anymore photos and to upload the previous. Just now they are getting edited apparently and wont be ready for weeks. So cant use them for senior ads, invitations, etc. I have called and all you get is foreigners reading a script. The one person I actually can text keeps insisting that because we purchased elite we have to come back in to the studio over an hour away or do a zoom call to select vs the online gallery. Which means that we have to make a split second decision and myself, my senior and my husband have to all coordinate to be on the same zoom. Its inconvenient and unnecessary. Yet, they dont seem to care. Its like 50 first dates when you call too....never any progress and always "maybe next week" Just hire a private company and be done. Son's photos cane with a binder clip visible and shirt they make you wear wrinkled. Initially emailed and they photoshopped so those things weee fixed. $200 portfolio I paid for at day of cane with same unedited photos. They take a ton of photos but then when you go to pay the ridiculously expensive price, you don't even get all the photos. I will start by saying I think the actual session went well, albeit very expensive. I drove an hour to then review the massive amount of photos taken and whittle down all of the choices to make final decisions. They had to touch something up so I had to pay 29 dollars up front for the change, no big deal. So I had to speak to them a week later online to approve the change. When I spoke to them, they put me on hold forever and then finally told me that they lost all of the photo choices that I made and that I need to come back up an hour away and choose photos again. Once you pay the highest fee for a graduating session you are made to look at 100s of photos that will cost you $99 each. Yes, $99 each. If you choose a package hoping for a better deal the cheapest begin at $899 for 10 pictures. Only for "Elite" buyers. If you pay the cheapest sitting session you can get 10 poses for $100. Nevertheless, even if one cannot pay to have pictures retouched or enhanced, the basic pictures should still be good quality. I have two daughters one 21 and the youngest 14. We previously lived in Miami and again, NEVER did I pay these ABUSIVE prices for school pics even in one of the most expensive cities in the US. Cady has the monopoly of one of the largest high schools in town: Atlantic Coast HS with thousands of students and this particular year being the largest generation entering freshman year. Why be greedy? They know their business: parents who will have no other choice but to purchase the pics from their company and either get crappy basic ones or break the bank. RIDICULOUS. I booked my daughter's senoir yearbook photo with Cady. I'm happy I only booked the yearbook photo because I paid $19 for an artist touch up on the photos and it looks as if nothing was done to it. The photographers select the pictures they keep and erase the rest without asking the customer. They say that not all pictures come back from retouching because of the quality, but that makes no sense when you can easily see that the pictures weren't retouched at all. The spots or tiny skin imperfections in a teenager are there. In general, they don't take the time to do well their job. During the review section, you must travel there and take a whole morning again of your time. It is overpriced and the quality is not good. read more

My daughter had a wonderful time taking her Senior pic! The photographer Chris was great! However, as a parent, I watched a few times how other photographers appeared to be rushing us along. I took note of one photographer (older gentleman) specifically being a little unpleasant. It really made me mad to the point I started to say something..but, I was there for my daughter. Plus, Chris seemed so calm and really trying to ensure he captured great pics. Team work is essential and your staff should work together.. not rushing! I am very disappointed in my daughters Senior Yearbook photo. Studio admited they all had glare from the lights that washed out my daughters face but yet we have to schedule a retake or pay another $20 dollars to have them retouched. Most of the kids images I have seen are not good at all so making time for a retake seems pointless. With the money they are making you would think they could stand by their quality of work and fix an issue that was clearly a studio issue. Never recieved the call from a manager as requested. David is a great photographer and helped create an amazing experience here. I generally don't like having my photos taken, but I felt comfortable here and enjoyed the photo session! My son had senior picts taken during a session at school. His hair came out orange! So we went into the studio for retakes. They came back with shadows on his eyes and a crooked bow tie. I tried to get in for a third time but they had no appts left and said they were done for the season. I am extremely disappointed in the awful pictures and lack of professionalism from this business. Senior picks are important to have forever. I have encouraged our school to switch to Leonard's where my other son had his done and were perfect the first time. Cady messed up appointment booking- blaming a glitch in the system that allowed for double/triple booking. They had known about this issues for months but waited a week before the scheduled appointment to call to reschedule. They were not accommodating in rebooking times and forced us to drive almost 200 miles to a different studio location- again this was their error. They continued to call me regarding the session they canceled-fix you system. Travel plans, hair and nail appointments were scheduled around this appointment. We were forced by the school to use this studio- even during a pandemic. The prices are ridiculously high- packages starting at $1,200 in addition to the $200 sitting fee (only yearbook photo is included). The photographer was nice, however just graduated high school last year. They are charging extremely high prices and the service is horrendous. Cady knows they have a Monopoly and as such the customer service is horrible and prices are robbery. The school and Cady should be ashamed of themselves. Bs prepared to drop about $2K on photos taken by a teenager for your high school senior. I gave this place one star instead of ZERO, because Jordyn, one the photographers was fantastic. However, skip this SCAM all together, they will send, WITHOUT CONSENT a portfolio of pictures you did not select for $150 if you don't return it on time the price doubles and it's charged to the credit card on file. I specifically told them in person at the studio , we did not want the portfolio sent , and, I contacted the company via chat first thing Monday morning , to be told it was already mailed (we took the pictures Saturday evening). Complete ripoff! I can't believe Orange, Lake and many other counties in Florida gave exclusive rights to these thieves! They won't disclose prices until after the shoot, at which point you find out they charge $599 if you want to purchase more than one picture digitally. Closer to the end of the school year they release "cap & gown pics" for which they won't disclose prices now.
