Initially Brian said he needed more time, that he had 20 photos left to edit. Since it has been excuses of injury/surgery, hospital visits and eventual non-response to calls; my husband and I got voicemail to leave messages. We've sent emails and occasionally got responses from some representative/ editing consultant, and told 30+ photos still needed editing. To this day, NO PHOTOS!
