Be aware when purchasing photos from this company! I paid over $1000 for my son's Senior photos; I received the first shipment, and the image wasn't aligned on the photo cube. I call to complain, and the customer service is horrible! The guy placed an order for the new photo cube, and hopefully, that one will be ok. Next, I received my son's 8x10 photos in the mail last night (after they told me I would have express delivery to my door), and the mailman BENT the images when placing them in my mailbox! I sent an email with pictures of the bent package and still no callback! They take your money and deliver crappie service! DO NOT PURCHASE PHOTOS FROM THESE PEOPLE! read more

My daughter took her senior pictures a couple of weeks ago and honestly it was a good experience. Definitely liked the experience better than taking photos in a school auditorium or JCP photo studio. We were greeted and were able to get started quickly. Some photographers were better than others, but our photos came out beautifully. Now Cady photos are VERY expensive. So beware. Felix helped us make our selections. Offering his expertise, we felt confident with our choices. It's hard to leave those photos on the table, so if you don't have a lot to spend, take your yearbook photo and leave. read more

Great experience start to finish. Our Rep (Nicholas) was patient, yet efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating, and friendly throughout. Great job Nicholas! read more

Senior pictures! First kid, so I had no clue what to do or what to expect! The count down reminder emails are so helpful to know what to prepare for, ie. haircut, outfits, and accessories. I was nervous walking in..... LOL! The girls at the front desk will hold your hand through (not literally). Mel showed us the dressing room area, bathrooms, and background scenes which are all titled. You order the type of session you want online and they print it when you arrive, so you know where to go. That's why each backdrop is titled online! I ordered the simple session (because the teenager was so not wanting to do this)! 3 looks: Yearbook, Cap and Gown, and Vogue. That was printed on our sheet and off we went. Photographers were at the ready for whichever backgrounds you ordered. They pose them and snap them. On to the next background. Pose and snap. On to the next background. Pose and snap. They are efficient! They have done this before! lol! Backgrounds are copy righted, so no no to camera pix over the shoulders of photographers. They have a selfie wall for the moms to take their own pix! Nice! Once done, the front desk girls explain what to expect next with a handy tip sheet to take with you! Senior pictures complete. Teenager grumpy and glad to go straight home. No running errands with mom! UGH! read more

Cady - Senior Pictures! - Session Photography Near Me - Acworth, Georgia

So this was our 1st experience doing a senior photo shoot as my daughter is my one & done And let's just say you can't put a price on capturing memories of her that I'll get to cherish forever So while we arrived prepaid for only 2 sessions, we left there w/ a whopping 8 sessions & 3 hours later Every single staff member played a role in my daughter's photo shoot from beginning to end. I can definitely say that each of them went above & beyond! From guidance on outfits, poses, hair, props to providing endless snacks & even one's own pair of jeans (don't ask, lol). This studio had a magical way of making my daughter feel so comfortable & smiley where she was just living her best life! It's all thanks to the staff: Shante, CeCe, Stephon, Johnathan H, Dymys, Cody and the newbies: Zay, Michel & Kiara Special extra thanks to Shante, who is clearly very passionate about her job & adds that extra sparkle to your experience at Cady Thank you Cady Studios 4 helping my daughter shine! read more

The quality of the photos is good at best. But the pricing is absolutely outrageous! Sadly I will not be purchasing any photos of my high school senior. My family all live abroad and I just wanted 2 digital images to share with them. But that is not even an option. (Believe me I tried for hours and finally sent an email and received a response confirming this. Come on Cady, you need to be a little more realistic and update your policy. Everything should have digital options. read more

This was our first full photoshoot session at a studio and it was a absolutely fantastic experience. The studio had a good variety of scenes To offer. The staff had a camaraderie and gave feedback to make the experience comfortable and easy. Shout out 100% to Skylar our makeup artist that doubled as my daughter's personal "hype" women. #skylaraboveandbeyond Chante was not assigned to our session but stopped in to check on us several times to make sure our needs were met. Brittany F., our photographer did an excellent job bringing out my senior's beauty and personality. I recommend Caty Studios - Acworth. read more

Our senior picture experience was awesome! From the time we entered we were immediately greeted and given the rundown on how the shoot works. The energy in the photo studio was contagious especially by certain members of the CADY staff. No one missed a beat with directing us or offering us snacks and waters. A special shout out to our favorite photographer Alex. She was passionate about getting the right shot! Other team members on the photo studio side who made our session excellent include Calvin who made my son feel at ease --- and Ju who checked in on us. Upon completion, we went to the checkout office. Shante went above and beyond to make sure we felt special. Jonathan H. took his time and went over details and questions. Both delivered excellent customer service!! read more

DeAngelo Williams was a fantastic photographer. The entire process was organized and very efficient. Would recommend!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Every single photo was blurry. They got my daughters honors pictures wrong. In the graduation photos my daughter looks like a Blueberry. AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

What a sham! We have to use tCady through our school, which will receive this review. We were told we had to pay the $129 for a session Our daughter decided she only wanted the yearbook photo from them, we sent in a request to change and only received a case number. I scheduled an appt to pick a yearbook photo but could only order the pics we wanted once we scheduled an additional appt. I requested a virtual appt 2 x's and Cady sent the link to the wrong address. Scheduled a third appt only to receive an appt for in-person versus virtual. No credit was issued to the account for the free yearbook session. Had to order the packages they had available versus what I wanted.........it goes on. Tell your school to find an alternative studio, this one plays too many games!!! read more

Cady Studios, Acworth, GA Location They don't even deserve 1 star. Why do we continue to use them year after year, Allatoona High School? They are ridiculously overpriced, their photographers are horrible, customer service is non-existent, and the quality of the photos are absolutely terrible. read more

It's pretty ridiculous on how you have to pay so much money for some pictures that don't come out good. So yeah I'm pretty ticked off about that read more

Outrageous prices and deceptive tactics. Although the studio promised that they will give us a call soon to select the pictures, they didn't. I had to call and complaint to get somebody from the studio to call me. We missed the October 15th deadline to get a discounted Senior Ad, and very close to the final deadline, Cady informed us that they don't provide digital copies with their portfolios and if I wanted to buy a digital copy, I had to buy the whole USB which costs US$1.800. In this century, year books request digital photos therefore you have two options with Cady portfolios: Print photos that you cannot use in the year book (lose your money) or pay $1.800 read more

They did a good job with taking our pictures and reviewing them to purchase. Everything was shipped quickly and packaged to protect the pictures. However, our Trifecta canvases were printed vertically rather than horizontally. Trying to get this corrected has been impossible. Their phone line is over capacity and won't even take a message. By email we've gotten no response other than the automatic response. It has now been over 2 weeks and we are not even sure if they know of the issue. read more

CADY STUDIO'S WARNING !!! ...If you are a parent and you are thinking of using Cady Studio's for your child's photo shoot, THINK TWICE ABOUT IT!! I brought my daughter there to get her senior photo's done, and everything seemed to be going great, but then it turned out to be a NIGHTMARE!! She went to make her choices and we laid down quite a large chunk of change for these photos and due to the lack of quality service that we received during the selection process at the Cady Studio's at Johns Creek, the production end of the whole order was not completed due to ONE question not being answered for a matt color. After waiting three weeks for our order to be delivered, and not receiving it, I made a call to Cady's customer service line. NO ONE at Cady Studio's contacted us to say that there was an issue with our order... NOT ONE PERSON... no mail, email, phone call... NOTHING!! If I had not made an inquiry phone call as to where our photo package was, I would still be waiting. The Manager of Customer Service gave me his number and email address... He will only call me after I call him.... He has promised multiple emails with information about my order and I have yet to receive one without calling... and calling... and calling to make sure I get a response. If you need to use CADY STUDIO'S for your senior's photo to be published in a year book, pay only the $35 and take the one photo... DO NOT make a photo order from there! Use an independent photographer... they are everywhere. I am sending this to help other parent's not make the same mistake I did. It is a painful one! read more

Unprofessional scam artists. In addition to the issue with the unwanted portfolio they send (low quality, multiple of the same basic poses, the burden of returning it and hoping they don't charge you for it) the actual ordering process is a joke. We got a package of just the cap and gown photos, which included digital download. AFTER the discount, this was $178. Honestly, it's about the same quality of a 1985 department store photo with the paper backdrop. Whatever. My kid is cute and I wanted the photos of her in the cap and gown so I paid it. The photos arrived with tacky white lettering in the corner with the company name. This was not mentioned on either the paper order form or the online ordering page. When I asked for a reprint, I was repeatedly given a canned response that this is their policy and that I could take them to another studio to have them reprinted. What? Have someone else remove the logo, print them, and then pay THEM for what I already ordered and paid for from YOU? Also, my daughter's name and graduation year was printed in this same white font across her arm. It is not legible. I asked for it to be moved to the alternate side where it is a dark background. The response (after asking multiple times) is that they'll reprint in black lettering. This will show up on the part of her arm that is skin, but will disappear where the dark blue sleeve is. They can't move it to the other side? They don't have a gold or something? In this day and age, this should be easily remedied. Free apps can even do what I am asking, much less a "professional" photo studio. I really hesitate to be so negative against a business, and typically try to work through issues privately but after multiple failed attempts, a lack of real response, and complete disregard, I feel a need to make my experience known in the attempt to prevent someone else from this same headache. Honestly, find a 12 year old with a smart phone and drop them a $20 to take photos of your graduate. You'll be better off. read more

This was my second Senior daughter who was photographed at Cady. I would have definitely given 5 Stars in 2019. But 2021 gets only 3. The photographers (there were 2) had no idea what they we're doing. No ideas for poses. I was showing my daughter what to do. One of them even got a little sassy with me. I was very unhappy with the images also. Bad photographers = Bad Images. However there was one bright spot who's name is Ella. She was so kind, polite and helpful. I give her 5 stars!!! I wish we had another choice in who made our Senior Picture for the Year Book, Because I would have paid another deposit and gone there. read more

They are way overpriced for what they deliver. The only way to own the pictures or get them on a USB drive is to purchase all of them from the session. The website only shows prices for the photo shoot. For 65 pictures on a USB they charged $1800 on top of the $200 photo session. read more

Had a great experience at Cady Studios this morning. Very lively group of professional skilled photographers swarming from set to set like bees in flowers. Took only 1 minute to check in and confirm our appointment. Their directions to self photo shoot to take as much or as little time as you need works great. No long lines waiting on a specific shoot. Everyone was just as nice and helpful. I was asked 3 times in 45 minutes if I needed anything or would like water. Great atmosphere for seniors. Hip music with a great sound system gets you in the mood for catwalk photos. They let you pose yourself or will pose you for your best chance of a great photo. Props are few and far between so if you would like to introduce a prop into your shoot be sure to bring it. Changing rooms are clean and private with a well lighted makeup area available for you. Overall. A very pleasant experience. read more

Just got my Senior pictures done for my Son and the experience at this place was wonderful! Customer Service at check in and out was top notch. Made sure to take the time to pic the 2 yearbook items before you leave just to guarantee that what you want is submitted since that has a short deadline with your school. Every photographer had their own station and did an excellent job at a swift but not hurried pace. The atmosphere was fun and created a positive creative space. Earlier appointments ensure less crowded studio if that could be a frustration, we booked for 9am on a Saturday and it was busy but not crowded and pictures done in less than a hour! Spoke with the manager about the terrible reviews I had read and encouraged him to respond to those reviews. Looking forward to reviewing the portfolio and seeing what we might like to order. read more

Getting my daughter senior portraits was a great experience at Cady. Her photographer Kit & Josiah For presentation was awesome. Her pictures came out beautiful and her photographer KIT was excellent he was very patient and kind and ask questions. The only downside to CADY they're outrageous prices if they brought their packages down with more sheets and affordable prices that would be great. Other than that great photo shoot. read more

The photographers were fine. The music was way too loud, it made it difficult to hear what anyone was saying. It's very disappointing that you have to spend a fortune to get some prints. I wish I was able to buy just a few in each size instead of buying a package that is so expensive. read more

Scam alert! I was required by the high school to have senior portraits taken at this franchise. A credit card was required to book a sitting and this was the only way a picture would appear in the yearbook. They sent me a portfolio with a couple of prints that I did not order or request and then want to charge me $201.74 for not returning them. I printed the return label and have taken this portfolio to the UPS store. I will charge back any charge that appears on my credit card. read more

Pictures were very dark in color. (Face and Gold Saxophone were dark gray) Way over priced averaging $4 per print. They won't trick me again. read more

Sent me a portfolio that is the worst. Charged me for it and wont give me a refund. Can never get anyone on the phone. This place sucks!!!

Went to get the basic yearbook photo. The place was very overcrowded with no masking requirements. Then we get an unsolicited "portfolio" in the mail, which I was not expecting and didn't want but it had some of the photos in a vinyl binder. So today I get an email saying that they want $150 bucks for this, or I can spend $400 and get that "free". The photos are not bad, but wanting $150 for what can be easily done with a phone is outrageous. The fact that the county school system has us locked into this service suggests something interesting is going on. read more

The entire experience at Cady was wonderful. We were giving an awesome photographer for my daughter's senior pictures. He was super informative and extremely helpful. The entire set up is outstanding. Then one thing I didn't like was not kno6w it would cost almost $2000 to get my daughter's pictures and $2400 if I want to include the cap and go in the package. I honestly feel that the site should disclose of all the package prices way before people get there. It's like a gimmick to get you in with the low cost sitting fee then bam you're hit will wrecking ball at the front desk. $1800 just for an USB drive with the photos is insane . read more

1st they charge you to take pictures, then they are very expensive and the touch-up are not good to me. the cheapest package is 149.00 and you only get 8 pictures not poses or sheets 8 pictures only same pose. They are cashing in on a very important time in your child's life. Go else where please. they will not allow me to buy just a digital image, they say I have to purchase a package first, that package is cheapest 400.00 just to have the digital images. read more

This is my first time coming to a candy studio for my daughter senior pictures. I am very impressed I love the Settings they have different back grounds set up throughout the studio. They are so professional and everyone is so nice and friendly and so helpful all my daughter pictures came out beautiful. I don't have a complain but if I have to say something bad, I will say I wish they take our family pictures as well. We was one of the few last customers and having a parking was not a problem so I cannot say anything bad about the parking but the parking lot do look small so I'm not sure about during the day. But I would definitely recommend the studio. read more

Our sales consultant Jaye was wonderful: fun, put us totally at ease and made the whole process fast and smooth. I cannot wait to get the pictures!! I just received my sons Grad pics yesterday after they received payment Feb 9th. No phone call no Text no email to explain the delay. After 4 times of reaching out I finally get an explanation...there was a balance of a penny and that's why they didn't send my sons pictures !!! I've spent quite a lot of $ with Cady for senior pics, cap and gown pics, and graduation ceremony pics. This is where the issue comes in. They take 2 photos at graduation. One whole receiving the diploma and one after they exit the stage. The photo of my child receiving her diploma is out of focus. I didn't notice this behind the watermark on the proofs and I paid $100 for 2 images. The one that I was unable to take myself is out of focus! I asked Cady to prorate the order. I've gone back and forth numerous times with CS and they refuse stating that it's my fault for not seeing that the photo was out of focus prior to placing the order. I understand that was an oversight on my part but the true fault lies with the company who sent an inexperienced photographer into the field to capture once in a lifetime memories. I really wish Paulding County would stop contracting with them. Those prices are too high and the quality/CS too poor. read more
