We really wanted some local cheese and wine, and were surprised no restaurants seemed to serve…read morelocal products other than the Michelin rated places that are booked out and/or have very high minimum charges. So we were thrilled to find the little grocery store across the street from where we were staying had some decent options. We bought three kinds of cheese; 2 from Quebec and one from Ontario, a port and fig sausage from Quebec and a Quebec red wine along with some local strawberries. We bought a baguette from the bakery across the street and were set! It's not a huge store so choices aren't extensive, but some nice options.

Not the biggest selection of meats available, but they easily compensate with the fantastic quality…read moreof their products. The 55 day aged rib steak is insanely good. Bought a tomahawk there once and it was also amazing. The butchers always take the time to give you preparation suggestions and tips. Never tried the fish and seafood so can't comment on that but it looks legit.
