I'm sure I left something out, but the biggest blessing was Diamond Plumbing showing up to fix it all. We have a few more projects to do to fix other people's mistakes. They are the best! They show up, do the work, reasonable prices, and they are always kind. Reagan is always the one that shows up, in my book he is irreplaceable, the other guys that come with him are always wonderful. Bottom line I trust them!

Reliable, honest service from the Water Heater Man…read more Extremely helpful customer service from first phone call to follow up. Install took less than 2 hours. New high quality, name brand A.O. Smith water heater was delivered, installed, brought up to current code with new PVC drain pipe, sediment pipe, and drain pan. Old water heater was hauled off and properly disposed. The best part of the experience? Jeff gave an honest quote, no surprises, and no hidden surcharges. Friendly and professional on the phone and in person. Don't trust the big box stores! Home Depot will quote an install on average quality equipment, then once the technician is onsite, add several hundreds more in parts and labor. Home Depot's $760 quote magically ballooned to $1360, about 80% increase. With Water Heater Man, expect to pay what is quoted for high quality service and equipment. They understand a broken water heater is usually an unexpected expense. Highly recommend this company.

**CHECK ATTACHED PHOTO EVIDENCE**…read more The following was my Google review of S.O.L.. If you'd like to know exactly what you'd have to deal with in case something went wrong, look no further. Enjoy. "Horrible service, bad installation job, and a shitty attitude, no pun intended. Initially, I thought perhaps he had a bad day, but the more I dealt with him, the more I realized he is as racist as they come! It's sad to see that such people still exist!! This dude changed a toilet and threw the old toilet in front of my house claiming that the city will pick it up, 10 days later I complained and he had to come back and pick it up. Do you want to guess what he did with it?? He dumped it behind my neighbor's house. When I complained to the management company about it, he claimed that he had permission from the neighbor, which he did NOT! A total lie that can easily be shown by talking to the neighbors. Which I did. Additionally, he messed up installing a toilet where the base is just freely moving and refuses to fix it, he didn't like that we discovered his bad job! Moreover he is pissed off that we didn't allow him to just leave the toilet behind in the neighborhood "TWICE"!!, which is something that he might be doing in his other jobs for those who are unfortunate to do business with him "check his work" even after he leaves the house. Check around the neighborhood and make sure he didn't leave garbage around your neighbors house. The guy simply doesn't want to do the job right! He's taking short cuts left and right, blaming everyone under the sun for his short comings just to get out of honoring the warranty he offered "CHECK ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT" So I'd take his 100% satisfaction guaranteed with a grain of salt. Please take the time to read his reply to this review. Ad hominem attacks at best (((SEE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT OF HIS INITIAL REPLY))) It should show you the caliber of the individual you will deal with if things didn't go his way, or if you were of a race he doesn't like. Unfortunately. Remember, this happened inside my house where I may or may not have cameras in every corner. * The attached photos are from the time he dumped the toilet behind my neighbor's house. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY screen shots of his initial reply to this post which he changed because he realized messed up! I will keep watching the changes he makes and post screen shots to this post for your convenience. Just to show how sneaky he is, unfortunately. This is an honorable job and it can be treated as such.

If you ever need Plumbing, HVAC, Commercial HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heating or Refrigeration…read moreservices you need to call Van Dyck Mechanical. Last week our sewer line started to back up into our house, we called our home warranty service and they sent a plumbing service out 2 days later. He came and worked on trying to clear and after maybe 15 minutes he told us he couldn't clear it. He told us that it was probably in the city line and to call their emergency line. We called them and about an hour later they showed up and looked at our line and then left and came back about an hour later and told us that their line is clear and it was in our line. The plumber told us to call him back if the city couldn't fix it, because he had a bigger machine that he could use to clear it, but it was on a different truck in Stillwater and would call back later in the evening and arrange to come back Friday sometime. He told us not to worry and that he was going to take care of us and he would get it cleared out. Unfortunately he never called back and we tried numerous times to contact him on Friday and he never returned our calls. So, we were stuck over the weekend with a clogged sewer line. Monday morning we called our home warranty place back and they denied to cover anymore work on it and they told us that we have to find a plumber on our own and pay for it ourself. We called several plumbing services and left messages for them to call us back and Van Dyck Mechanical was the only one to call us back. They showed up this morning an hour before our scheduled appointment and they tirelessly worked for about 2 hours trying several different ways to clear it up. They never gave up and whenever we had a question they would answer our questions and they would tell us what they were doing. They were very professional and friendly. They're will be our go to place whenever we need any of their services.
