There were no stains or anything on it, I just wanted it freshened up. I only wore it once. When I picked it up, the girl I dropped it off with gave it to me and I notice right away as well as the girl who I gave it to me acknowledged that it was not in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off. We got the manager involved and he denied that the dry cleaner did the damage. He did not offer to give me back the cost to have it cleaned, and said I would have to take their business to small claims court to get any reimbursement for damages. I haven't been back since, and I highly recommend to stay clear of this dry cleaner.

Each pair of pants I had hemmed in the past cost me $20, for each pair which is an outrageous price, but I need scrubs for school. I thought I would drop them off and do the same thing as before. Chris seemed bothered and annoyed by my business so I asked for my pants and bag back and he changed his voice and started mocking me, a would be customer who entered his dry cleaners. I highly advise everyone to be cautious as any grown "man" who changes his voice to mock a customer is not normal behavior. Run.

She is always delightful and has a smile on her face. The service is great. We have had a problem every now and then but everyone does. They always make it right. The customer service and the service you get for your laundry is better than anyone in town. They are a cleaners who will remember your name and always try to help you if you are in a bind with time. More businesses need to hire more Veronica's because she cares about each of her customers. This customer will continue to go for the service and for the smile you get when you enter the door.
