They gave me my first adjustment and then recommended a plan. I wasn't sure I needed the plan but after going regularly for 2 months I don't have issues with back pain, I'm less stressed, sleeping better, and just overall calmer. Every single staff member is incredible. When have you ever been to a business where you can confidently say that? I've been personally treated by Dr. Keyes, Dr. Denise, and Dr. Andrew. They're all incredible chiropractors. I see Dr. Andrew most regularly and he's always so good about listening to me and encouraging me to listen to my body. Even on days where the office is so busy, he gives me his full undivided attention and never makes me feel rushed out of the treatment room. I've also been treated by Crystal, Nick & Jordan. Dr. Sporrer did a deep tissue massage on my back and sides and then Kayee, the physical therapist showed me a few simple exercises that I could do each day for about 5 minutes.
