From the…read moremoment I reached out, it felt like a genuine collaborative partnership rather than a simple transaction. The team was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to show me a wide variety of display trophies and awards, walking me through the different styles, materials, and customization options. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were during the decision-making process. They discussed the pros and cons of each option in a clear and honest way, helping me understand what would work best for our executive group dinner. They even allowed me to take home several samples, which made it so much easier to share with my team and feel confident in the final selection. Once I made my choice, the process moved quickly and seamlessly. We worked through pricing together, and after I provided the details for the design, they created the renderings in just a few hours--much faster than I expected. The final engraving was absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality exceeded every expectation. The finished awards were a perfect addition to our executive dinner. Everyone was impressed by how elegant and well-made they were, and we received so many compliments throughout the evening. I'm incredibly grateful for the level of service and care All Safe Engraver provided. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-quality engraving and a truly supportive, professional experience.

First, let me say that I was at a total loss for where to go for what I needed. I have a ring. that…read morewas my great aunt's, and it has a great deal of sentimental value. It's an antique setting and it's a very beautiful piece. However, a number of years ago the setting broke, causing it to dig into my finger and it had to be cut off my hand. As a result of that and the age of the setting, the ring essentially split in half. In the process, I managed to lose two of the small diamonds on the side of a larger stone as well. So here I had this beautiful family heirloom, and it was a total mess. It had been sitting in my jewelry box for years. I wanted to give it to my daughter, but definitely not in two pieces with missing stones. But where do you take something like this? And how do you trust someone with something so special? Add to this, I am new to Woodland. So on a whim, I figured I would ask some of my neighbors in our neighborhood Facebook group. I received a lot of recommendations. I also have a lot of trust in yelp. Eventually, I decided I would just go to DJs and see how it felt. The woman there was fantastic. I could tell immediately that she recognized the type of piece this was and I instantly felt like I could trust her. She told me that it was a family business and I sensed from everyone that they really care about what they do. She was able to get me an estimate right away, and I decided I would leave my ring with them. They were a couple of options: I could get it done quickly for a surcharge or wait until their next repair date, which was about two weeks away. I was in no rush. They actually finished the ring a day early! And it's beautiful. It's perfect. And I really feel like it was a reasonable price for the repair. My understanding is they do custom work as well and I have a few ideas. I would love to run by them in the future. My friend purchased a sign-in book for the ceremony and wanted her husband's name on the front. My friend asked me if I could write it nicely, or if I knew anyone who could. In that instance, you know you should entrust that kind of thing to an expert, and Ana is an expert. She responded very promptly and had questions that put me at ease immediately: what was the book made of? Was it something porous? Going back and forth with a grieving family was slow-going, but Ana was patient and communicative, even with the tight turnaround. She was clear and upfront about what we should expect, and the price for her work was very reasonable. And the finished product was lovelier than I could have imagined. It was thoughtfully placed and even packaged beautifully. My friend loved the book so much and was so happy with the result. The whole experience was so positive and easy that I won't hesitate to add calligraphy to any special events that come along, because of Ana. Thank you Ana, for helping this grieving family!
