In addition to damage being done to the doorway by forcing pieces through the doorway there was no check to make sure all furniture and boxes were taken. I was left with having to get a number of furniture pieces and boxes over to my new place on my own and with the help of friends (a 35 minute drive away and multiple trips). I did have an estimate done by the owner ahead of time but for some reason the workers indicated their truck didn't have enough room. Some things I couldn't even take at all, so they had to stay. In the process of the move a lamp was broken and the workers said that those kind of lamps often break in transit. If you know that this is a problem why wouldn't you take precautions to prevent that? The 'move in' portion of the move went slightly better, maybe because another worker was sent to help them, but there was still forcing of furniture through openings. I was also told I would receive an invoice after the weekend of the move and that has never happened although I paid in full. I sent an email with all this info to the owner and that didn't even get acknowledged. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone and would never recommend this company.

We asked them to deliver some items to our daughter, and they did this without delay. When we finally cleared out our storage, they were very helpful.
