I didn't have time to drive to my normal nail lady before my trip, so I popped here and they were able to get me in immediately. Leyna (I think that was her name) was awesome! She did a great job at my dip and the shape and length. She consistently checked to make sure it was looking the way I wanted. I like a very natural round nail, and it's been difficult to find someone that doesn't go too almond or too square. She cleaned up my cuticles really well and the overall product was exactly what I wanted before my trip. I also appreciated she only worked on one hand at a time, so I could browse my phone and work on my homework. Nancy did my pedicure and did great. I just got the basic pedicure, so I can't attest to what the more luxury ones are. The last several pedicures I've gotten have been uncomfortable, but she was able to take care of my feet without me having any pain (I struggle with ingrown nails). I give the salon 3 stars because I feel like they don't completely listen to me and DDMWT exactly what I ask for. I asked 5 times for a full manicure before getting my dip set done and they did NOT do it. They kept saying they'd cut my cuticles at the end. They did, but my nails were already done so it just didn't make sense. And they also cut my toe nails too short. I wanted to provide an update. Lee is an amazing manicurist and the best I've been able to find here in Fort Worth! She is gentle, detail-oriented, and consistently produces great results. She was the first manicurist I went to when I first moved to Fort Worth. I then tried other places hoping to find something closer to home, but those manicures were mediocre (at best) so after several failed attempts at other places, I decided to come back to Lee. She has NAILED IT every time since I've come back and I plan to only get my manicures from her from now on. read more

I just want to start off by saying that my last three visits to this establishment we're nothing short of phenomenal. However last Sunday, my fiancé and I went in to get a manicure for him and a full set with gel polish for myself. The nail tech that did my nails was very kind. I typically only do dip, however I noticed my nails were starting to get weakened so I decided to switch it up and get a full set this time around. I had inquired to the nail tech if my nails would sustain if I got them longer than my actual nail length. She insured me that they would be fine. Once the acrylic nails were applied, filed, buffed and shaped it was in time to apply the gel color. The color I had chosen was a shimmery awesome goldish color with brown hughes. When picking this color on their color sample ring it looked flawless. However, once the job was done I realized the color was very streaky. I had mentioned to the nail tech about my concerns and she informed me that it was normal. Me being that I'm a non-confrontational woman that I am, and knowing I will be back in two weeks to get a fill and change the color I let it rest & went on my way. That following Wednesday I had two nails break completely off which obviously caused my real nails underneath to break off as well. Then today being Thursday the 17th of June I had a third break off (mind you- I work on a computer all day). I originally paid close to $100 when I had originally gotten my nails done. Getting my nails done is a luxury for me as I work 60 hours a week and literally have to squeeze in time to get them done when able. Sense three nails had broken off after being insured by my original nail tech that the length would Sustain and be fine and it clearly not being fine I decided to call the salon today and kindly express my concern and if they would take care of me by fixing my nails and changing to a different color. To my point of a 1 star review- I was beside myself when, the "Head Maiden (manager who goes by Tina) would not only let me finish explaining to her what had happened but continuously cutting me off and was incredibly short with me. Basically what I'm saying, is that she was unkind, showed zero professionalism and zero customer service to a client, being myself that left my nail salon of 4 years to be a client at her salon. She abruptly told me to just come in and she will get it fixed and then hung up on me. Once I arrived to the nail salon today, I greeted her with a hello and complemented her on her cute green jumper she was wearing. I usually complement her when I come in as she is always dressed very nice. She said thank you in a very irritated manner and then said in an ugly way let me see your nails. She then sat me down in a chair and was aggressively placing three new tips on the fingers that had broken off and filing them in a rage. I did not say anything to her as I try to have grace for people- (maybe she was having an off day) regardless, I certainly did not deserve her unkindness or her rude demeanor. After placing the three tips on- another nail tech came to finish taking care of me by the name of Ruby who was absolutely pleasant and very kind. Someone such as myself who is an owner of a very well establishment and has been in management for over 15 years- I stand appalled and shocked with her behavior as a manager of an establishment that I was looking forward to being a long-term client at. For me, customer service is everything. I don't care how clean, nice, even if other fellow associates in the establishment are wonderful- it only takes (1) to loose a client. Tina the manager did that to me today. The establishment that I am reviewing right now may read this and just pass it off as a bitter customer. However, I would like to express that I am not bitter but solely disappointed in being treated the way I was when I am nothing but pleasant and kind to the manager Tina and staff always. I firmly believe in treating people the way you want to be treated. I watched the manager Tina after leaving me today with another tech (Ruby- who is wonderful) smile and be kind to everyone else that walked in and out of that establishment. It was just sad and confusing to see her be so kind to everyone else and incredibly ugly to me. I have over 300 associates and "was" referring them to your 2 salons in your area. I will no longer be referring anyone here. Do not make your clients feel bad for asking you to rectify a service that was not done properly the first time let alone treat them poorly. You have lost my business and I'm sure current clients that I have referred to you. I hope your day, week, month and year get better for you Manager Tina. You have poor customer service. read more

I have gone to this salon for 15 years but especially after my last visit I will no longer be going back. This incident was back in December but the manager blatantly violated covid safe practices (milling around the salon without a mask) and gave me dirty looks when I asked my manicurist to change the channel of the tv in front of me from OANN (still on all the other monitors). She wouldn't let them change it!! So I had to ask again and finally they did. The situation shouldn't have been a big deal as they usually don't care about changing the channel but all the tv monitors being OANN only is a recent change. She was just plain rude, and would continue to shoot me nasty looks after. I'm here overpaying your employee to do my nails and you want to do that bc I don't want to watch your news channel during my stress free hour? Happily taking my business elsewhere. I'm getting my nails done to relax and take care of myself. I don't need her forcing her opinion down my throat and risking my health. I was so irritated I almost called the health department. I went today 1/17/20 to get my cuticles cut only. It was Horrible they charged me $16 to cut my cuticles only.It was pretty comical that the pricing was that high, it took all of 7 min for it to be done and it wasn't up to Par, I had to asked for them to be cleaned up or buffed. When I inquired about the high price she said if you would have got your dip done here a cuticle cut is only $5. So basically Bc you didn't get your nails done here then I'll charge up you more. I don't see a price listing in there at all nor do they have a website, so unable to see pricing. The lady never even offered me a receipt! Went to this place it was nice clean but my gel manicure didn't last 3 days. When I contacted them they didn't even care to offer any resolution. They told me I should've taken a picture of it. What sort of tomfoolery is that? If that's your policy to guarantee good work then you should have it posted or put in writing. I will not name the manicurist hopefully she'll get better at her job but it was not a great job. I also have a license for 30 years so I'm qualified to say it wasn't an acceptable gel manicure. Went here and picked out a pretty sage green dip color and when the lady did them she barely used the drill to even them out and to lighten them cause I thought it would lighten out and they are a bit lumpy and the color I have on my nails isn't even sage green ! Dropped daughter and friend off at mall I had couple hours kill. I though get pedi close by mall. Found e n p looked fancy but most do nowadays. Desk lady wasn't the most friendly with greeting but she was busy. Picked the second pedi from cheapest since first time. Get called back nail tech tells me how sit and put feet in when seated. It was hot but I handle very hot water just fine and usually minn so I'm comfortable. Waters still filling I tell her getting lil hot she Sez hold on she'll add cold. I lift feet few secs. She said ok now try. Since was bearable first and thinkn added cooler water I put both feet in and almost screamed a bit lifted out and was like omg. It felt like scalding water. Then said oh sorry and made water more tolerable. I had tears. So put feet back in water ok now scraped feet first after just putting water no soaking and was ok then goes to nails removes polish and than cutical scraper lol painful mind my feet very red up to calf. Then started cuticles and was so rough I finally had ask please stop I can't take more. I cried I was so embarrassed and never had happen before. Maybe after scalding burn cuticles sensitive but she was hurting me so much. I swear I've never been through. I asked please can just paint and finish I don't need rest please. Got desk girl they spoke and desk girl stuck hand in water which was cooled off and 20 some minn later. Never asked me anything. I felt like I was being tortured. It felt like scrubbing my cuticles. I didn't get nail edges smoothed after cutting nor heels and just wanted polish and go. Asked tissue nail lady got paper towel. I had nother client ask if ok. I would never ask for anything free or discount. Never even got say anything on experience. Had credit card ready went pay and payed amount on menu. I wanted 40 but she charged me 28/29 since I stopped. I payed. Got car and seen how bad look and went back in ask if get same color and paint end two toes. And desk girl did bud was rude and after said be careful this time. Like I smudged it after left. I swear I was so much pain and prob close to the most lesset degree burn. All 4 girls doing their nails were so rude and my daughter's person told her "honey if you turn around again I will stop doing your nails". Another girl cut back one girl's nails without asking what length she wanted and then got mad because she was unhappy.
