My driver, Thahn, showed up ten mins early and I received a text that he had arrived. After a lot of arguing and letting him know I will be reporting him to the Taxi Admin of Vermont, he instructs driver to release the luggage. I have 2 very terrified girls who are now thankfully safe. This company is using bait and switch tactics. I always try and support minority owned businesses, but will NEVER use this service again. When we got to Winooski the guy charged $30, cash, and locked me in the car until I did it, and spoke perfectly fine. It was a ripoff. I tried calling the company and they didn't pick up, and since I was heading to an emergency I paid the money so he would unlock the door. They'll be reported.
