Reached out electronically - despite that they prefer to discuss things over the phone, and they responded to my questions, and gave me a very sharp price for a set of 4 tires, installed and balanced. Made an appointment for a day and time that suited my schedule. Showed up at the designated time. The work was done in 45 minutes, and I was on my way knowing that I'd be ready for the next snow storm. The visit confirmed a number of things about this business. 1) the manager is good at what he does, and has decent product knowledge. 2) if you're in the market for new brand-name tires, this is not the place to go. 3) their used tire selection and price is quite good 4) the waiting room is very welcoming for customers who need to wait while the work is being done. The charging station is a very nice touch!

I was dealing with the owner "Matt" problem with my new purchase tires and rims that I paid over $2300. Based on the reviews I was expecting really friendly service and honest people, someone to tell you all the bs and promisses. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these things. They weren't rude per-se but Matt can be very polite but you should never trust someone with that sort of service because I can assure you quite a few red flags went out. I HATE this attitude of shops and avoiding it was the reason I ultimately chose this shop. It was really frustrating to be treated this way. After I got my car back and $2300 out of pocket the rims caps were missing and was promised that it will take no more than couple of days. Honesty is the foundation of the business success. Customers are the bread and butter for there success. I will be taking my business somewhere else and would never recommend this awful auto shop to anyone.

I have been a client of Roy Rump & Sons for about 4 years now and each time I've needed them, I was made to feel welcome by both the front-desk folks and the mechanical technicians. They explain all repairs clearly and with patience. They always provide as accurate an estimate as possible and, if they diagnose an issue and discover it was a simpler fix than they thought at the time, they gladly tell me that it will not cost as much to fix and that kind of honesty is why I will never go anywhere else. They always send me reports with digital photos and videos of the work along with their recommendations to keep my SUV in good working condition. There in only one little drawback... because they are so popular for all the things I mentioned, they are very busy a lot of the time and it can affect how soon they can book an appointment with you but, it is always worth the wait. I can't say enough great things about this Garage. Don't waste your time or your money elsewhere. Cynthia F.

I notice 2 horrible reviews her on yelp. On google they have a near perfect score. In my opinion, the two reviews don't hold water. One is by someone listed as being in California, with only one review. The other is local, also one review. I'm guessing they are fake accounts. Do with that what you will.
