First of all, the manager there shouldn't manage any type of business where he has to be in contact with the customers !! I rented a piece of equipment and the tire went flat one hour after starting my project. This was not caused by miss use or negligence. So when returning it, I asked for a credit to rent the same equipment the following weekend. I was told that the only way I could be credited is if I took the equipment that day only. So long story short, I got charged for the full rental of the skid steer and a compactor and the trailer. a $600 lesson on what company is honest and which has a unprofessional piece for a manager?
