They thrive on doing reconnects however they don't actually do them anymore the big computer in the sky no one supposedly has access too!. If you're one to Gamble with posting times then do an eCheck payment through there payment system, you will be automatically re connected within less than a minute. 2. When you don't sign up for paperless billing, that must mean to CableOne don't send a bill at all. There are some like myself that refuse to pay anyone without a payment request or bill that's how I ended up disconnected. 3. When you're speaking to a rep in regards to service and you ask for an internet speed upgrade and your quoted,. They say your monthly rate will increase by , xxx.xx but your next bill could be a little more,. Customer service is a joke, the ISP (internet service provider) says they give you "50mbps" but in all reality the quality of the connection is terrible. I would recommend either century link or comcast. Every time i have called I have not been able to get my problem solved and they refuse to fix the patchy connection and the extreme slow times. Even now this web page took a while to load because I am running on 1.75mbps, while paying for 50mbps. read more
